How to induce a long lasting erection no clamping

Hello there,

To gain some girth, I think that a long lasting erection while heating the shaft with infrared would be quite effective (priapism has proved to make dick grow). Problem is with the blood flow, it would has to maintained high enough to prevent damages.

I would like to know if you guys know about technic to maintain a kind of healthy erection without sexual/manual stimulation (I can’t watch porn for hours, and by the way that would be very effective in the long term :D ).
Can viagra/pills like that do that? I think they just help getting erection but don’t create one without stimulation.

I searched the internet but without much success. The only thing I found is chemical PE but sticking needles in my dick seems quite adventurous.

Probably the best thing to do is to get a pump. It does all you want to do - that is - get’s blood into the penis and can hold it there for several minutes, and then repeat the treatment as often as you wish - within reason.
