Hey guys, new to PE and I’ve been doing the newbie routine and it says to do 50 kegals. I’ve read about kegals but still exactly don’t know how to do it. Can anyone explain to me how to kegal?

Hi bro, i think the first way to learn how to do it is when your peeing stop at mid stream. Do it a few time so you can recognize that sensation on the muscle. You can also do something similar when your about to cum and try to stop the dribble but that is harder. Ok, after you figure it out, you’ll realize the muscle is located close to your anus. It’d feel like your doing ab work but your not. You can see your penis is moving in and out or up or down. When your PC muscle is strong, even when your not erect, you should see your penis moving. When it’s erect, you can move it up and you can put a towel over it and you can lift it…( Sorry, coach habits, i won’t make you do pushups or planche with it) in the absence of stopping pee, you can practice your PC muscle contraction and relaxation and you can lengthen the squeeze time by counting in your head like a tempo. But for starters just do mini squeezes until you reach your kegel count. Kegels will change your sex life. It will keep you last longer. You’d read from threads that guys here jack off and kegels before PONR, you can definitely have sex too while doing kegels. You can practically drive, attend meetings, nobody’s the wiser. It can’t get any a stealthier unless someone’s actually staring at your crotch and realize it’s moving. Enjoy!
