to kegal, or not to kegal
to everybody, and i know it sounds funny,
i read somewhere that doing jelqs with kegal flexes to “refill” the penis helps more with CS and head gains whereas jelqing without the flexes helps more with CC gains. when obtaining an erection i often do PC flexes to aid the process of stroking… i just tried getting a bone without the pc flexes a little harder to get an erection in the first place, and the nature of the erection is different. mainly, the veins are less visible and protruding but the shaft is just as hard, maybe even harder… puzzling…
so at this point i’m whether doing kegals has an effect on the location of the blood or possibly the nature of the filling of the blood within the penis. i’m really no expert whatsoever so shoot me down if i’m wrong. i was also wondering if those who have done exercises with kegals have gotten the same kind of gains as those who’ve done exercises w/out kegals.
i know its a difficult question and you probably have to feel it to know what i’m saying, but hey, i’m at a plateau, i need some answers…
