How To Know If A Routine Will Work?

I started PE on 20th April.

Is there any way to know if I will gain? How to know if the routine I’m following will work?

For my case, I can see my flaccid hang almost double immediately after doing my routine which goes back to it’s normal size after 5 - 10 mins. I have also noticed that my morning wood erection is much harder and more prominent these days. And I have also noticed that my girth has increased very slightly.

I don’t know for sure. I started newbie routine 20 february and saw real gains after 2.5-3th month. I saw gains very soon due increased EQ. If you’re jelqing there are a few signs if you’re jelqing right. When you approach the jelq to the top your glans gets harder because more blood is pushed in. Also when you’re finished a session your peehole is a bit puffed. These are indicators that my session was effective. Just buildup the newbie routine and gains will come for sure.

I’m about a week ahead of you, I’ll have to follow your progress thread too. Are you using the Newbie Routine outlined on the forum?

In my case its the exact opposite.
My flaccid is becoming turtled 5-10 mins after the session and it becomes double after some hours and it stays like this till my next session.

I have posted this routine that I’m following before too. For convenience sake, I’m posting it again:-

1. Shopping bag hanging for 20 mins, divided between two sets of 10 mins each. I hang 9kg for the first set to shockload and 6kg for the second set.

2. Mandingo Stretches with the left and right hand. 3 sets for 30 secs with each hand.

3. 3 sets of stretching to the left and right for 30 secs each side + 3 sets of stretching down to the left and right for 30 secs each side.

4. 3 sets of BTC stretching to the left and right for 30 secs each side.

5. Straight out stretch for 2 mins.

Earlier, I was not taking any rest days but I realised that it was just too much for my dick to handle so I have now started taking one rest day in a week.

I’m considering increasing the weights little by little as I progress doing PE in the weeks ahead and start taking two rest days in a week.
