I know, I know; another newbie, another set of questions
I’ve been a lurker for a ridiculous amount of time (At least a year!) and know the answers to most any question I could possibly come up with.
However, the search function could not reveal an answer to either of these questions:
1. Has anyone simply sat in warm water for their warm-up? Assuming they did, couldn’t you theoretically just stretch in said water for a better workout?
2. I looked for a way to help prevent getting a turkey-neck, but could only find old posts saying that you either get one or you don’t. Has a cure/preventive measure been found since then?
