Intensity is completly up to you. Intensity to PE is like weights are to weightlifting — the more you do, the more you go up. You want to start out with lower intensity because of your past injury. Move up each day until you feel you are getting an optimal workout. An optimal workout would be one that leaves your penis fatigued.

Robocop? This sounds more like darth vader in a pissed of rage. I am curious what she did to your dick to leave it damaged for five years… That is unheard of. To be honest I have never heard of an injury that bad caused from PE. Regardless, you should go with caution, because of your past injury. The bruising will be temporary, and has 9 said, there will be discoloration (mostly a bronze color, that I tend to enjoy).

Hurting is NEVER good. You did a smart thing by stoping. How were you stretching? Straight down? up? You might want to lower the intensity, or grab from a different position. Make sure you are not grabing the head of the penis.

Yea, searching can be tough, and to be honest, can take a lot of time. I have been searching a lot lately, and I have found that going to ‘advanced search’ and clicking the button that says ‘search thread titles only’ and then typing in what you are interested in helps a bunch.
