newbie greetings and questions
Greetings everyone, I am a newbie.
First off I would like to thank the people responsible for this forum and everyone who posts!
I have been doing PE for 1 month now with no gains in el or eg, I have however noticed a difference in my fl and fg and it doesn’t seem to shrival as much. when i started i was..el 6 3/8 eg 4.5 and still have the same but sticking to it! my routine is heating pad warm up for 5min. then manual stretching for 5 min. in each direction up,down,side to side with 1 min. rest in between each stretch. then wet jelq for 30min. aprox 400 strokes. i do this 5 days a week although sometimes i skip a day if i feel my guy needs extra rest.
my LOT seems to be a tit below 9 now does this mean i may have more potential for length gains with stretching? should i start hanging?
i read all the newbie stuff and hope i’m not asking annoying questions, just want to be bigger as we all do. any hints on my current routine?
i want to be el 7.5 eg 5.5 these gains do not seem impossible and i am willing to stick with it and i know with the help of all these people in this great forum i can accomplish this, also i am taking extagen capsules does anyone have a comment on these. thanks
