First timer... newbie questions!

Hi there, i am a newbie in the PE thing… but have big expectations. I know resultas may not be visible in a short period, but i am willing to do an effort. I have a couple of questions…
I have seen that the best schedule is:
1. Hot wrap
2. Stretching
3. Jelqing
4. Massages, etc
5. PM muscle excerces

a)if i want gains in lenght and girth, can i stick only with the jelquing or is it better to practice stretching also?. I ask this, because time limitations becasuse of work and study….

b)the hot wrap is strictly necessary?

c) what about jelquing almost 25% - 50% erection (almost flacid i mean)?

Well, since we all want to go home to our wives and children I’ll try to be brief. ;)

a) Do both, try out Luvdadus newbie routine.

b) Yes it is. It will prevent discoloration and the tissues in the human body is easier to stretch when they are warm.

c) Jelqing at erection levels below 50% probably wont do much. Try to keep it around 50-80%

There are alot of good tutorials and FAQ’s but i must say, many of them
are really tricky to find to. I’ve read some that i can’t seem to find anymore
its hard, but keep lurching and seeking and you’ll find the gold ones.

And last but not least, take alot of time to figure out if you wanna
begin PE or not. Discoloration is a pretty nasty thing and almost every one
seems to get it.

The best place to start is the most important newbie threads and KOG’s Jelqing & Stretching 101. After all that reading you should have as much info on the subject as you need. If you don’t find an answer there, then do a search (button on the top right). Pretty much every topic has been discussed (20 times) so you should be able to find what you need.

If you still can’t find what you need feel free to ask the question. This is probably one of the most friendly forums I have ever used, so people will help. As long as you capitalise the first letter of every sentence and don’t use “…”. You’ll find that while every here is friendly, the spelling, punctuation and grammar police can be damn tough. It’s like being at school, you don’t want red pen all over your threads!

I don’t have too much to add to the previous replies (excellent job as always Lordbase) except that I will respectfully disagree with JK Lancetrainer.

I attribute most of my gains to jelqing at 50% or less. You do require a different method though. Rather than slow strokes, I would really fire them out and force the blood into the glans. This would act as a “plug” and actually stretch the entire penis. I found it to be a great exercise for me.

Welcome to Thunder’s, D.J. I’ll second my pal, Andrew’s, comments. The two threads mentioned by Lordbase are excellent. I just reread them. Like Andrew, I jelqed at less than 50% during the first weeks and made fast gains in both length and girth—didn’t add stretching until the third month. Don’t forget that hot wrap and the kegels—lots of kegels. I’m doing them right now. After almost 7 months, I do them without even thinking about having to do them. Woweee!

They make me horny as hell.

What would you people recommend for a newbie. Jelqing at around 80 % or around 50. If your answer is around 50 could you try to describe those a little bit more. Should I pull at the end of every stroke when jelqing at 50 %. Is that what you mean?

Hello again,

It depends what you want to do. If you jelq with lower erection levels (ie 40-60%) you will focus more on length. If you jelq with higher erection levels (60-80%) it will focus on girth. I say focus, because you could jelq with a 40% erection and still gain girth, or 80% and still gain length, it’d just take longer.

I find that when I jelq I can do girth work (high erection levels) easily, but after a while my cock gets tired/bored and doesn’t sustain as much of an erection (same thing happens after hanging), so I work at length (the lower levels). So unless you are focusing entirely on one or the other, I’d go for a mix.

As for how to jelq at 50%, it does tend to become a bit of a stretch, which is why it focuses on length. You can give it a pull at the end as long as you are careful. I don’t think anyone has detatched their glans yet, but you don’t want to be the first. Also be careful with the nerve bundle on the top of the penis, behind the head. Don’t squeeze it too hard or you will have a dead cock for a couple of weeks.
