Some questions of a newbie

Hi to All,

In the past, I have tried 3 diffrent PE devices, but I was not happy with them, so I will try now to do it “by hand”.

I think my foreskin was a little bit narrowed, that means in errectet state I can it only take behind the penis head and nothing more. Is there a routine to solve this problem?

My penis is not to long (approx. 2.5” in flacid, 4.5” errectet), so I think I first will be focused on length. Is it a good idea to use the newbie routine postet by luvdadus for this target, or is there a better routine when you are focused on lenght?

(I hope you can understand this, my English is not so good ;-( !!)

The newbie routine is a great start for most. If you are uncut you may need to do a search on adapting the techniques for that. Not so much for jelqing as for manual stretching. Good luck.

I’m not 100% sure about the streching routine. I think I have to hold behind the penis head with my stronger hand and them pull out for a few seconds, the other hand is not used for this routine. Are I right with my guess? (I red some instructions, but some phrases are a little bit strenght for me, because my main languge is not English.) Thanks.
