How to make vacuum rings and sleeves last?

I’ve been using a ADS with a vacuum mod and have noticed that my silicone vacuum sleeves’ durability are quite, in simple terms, garbage. I’ve had two so far and the first one lasted me quite a bit until it ripped in two, but the second one I am currently on already has two decent sized tears forming.

Does anybody have tips as to how to make these things last longer? I tried using lube to more easily slide them without stretching them as much on but that just made them slip when in use. I don’t want have to constantly replace my vacuum sleeves/rings every few sessions.

The generic baseline vacuum thingie is a simple plastic bell with a tubular silicone sleeve. Devices like the Penimaster Pro have more complicated arrangements.

If your ADS is using a plain bell and sleeve, I’ve had good luck with the generic $10-for-two China import sleeves from eBay. The only failure I’ve had so far is one that finally stretched (diameter) until it wouldn’t keep a seal any more, probably due to being stretched from folding it back over the bell when putting the ADS on.

If you’re using a Penimaster, the rubber bits are pretty much a maintenance item. I think I’ve seen some aftermarket replacement parts for them that were a bit cheaper than the OEM stuff; I don’t have one, so I don’t keep up with them.
