I have a hypothesis at what might help a penis gain its girth and length naturally without extreme strain on it, and probably give it additional stamina in the process

1. Warm up the penis before attempting to masturbate it (jelquing and some streatches will help here).
2. Masturbate the penis to the point that it will orgasm and as you approach that point, remember to occasionally kegel to place extra initial strain on the muscles.
3. Now try to maintain that maximum erection, slowly working that penis, while refraining from kegeling and achieving an orgasm
4. If at one point you orgasm, let it cool down and after 5 or so minutes, do basic streatches on it to help streatch out the initially burned in penis to give it accelerated growth.

You have to do this on a regular basis, like a real workout. I guess 30 minutes might be a starter time to try but people are different.
