Strength training helps PE gains

Strength training helps PE gains

I know this sounds ridiculous at first but please listen. Many posts talk about how higher levels of testosterone help PE efforts. Medications are the first thing that come to mind when thinking about raising testosterone levels. But research has shown that circuit training,(weight lifting done with minimal rest in between sets) naturally raises testosterone levels in the body. So for those of who you workout to stay in good shape, a slight change in your regimen could help your PE efforts at the same time.

It’s not ridiculous. High intensity weight training as well as circuit training helps raise testosterone levels. That’s a documented fact.

Research has also demonstrates that heavy, compound exercises like squats and deadlifts raise T-levels more than any other weight training exercise. It’s important to train with high intensity. You should complete your workout in less than 1 hour. Workouts longer than 1 hour tend to reduce T-levels.

Sleeping 8 hours per night and not smoking is another way to maximize this hormone.

Its true! I got my biggest gains while going to the gym at least 5x a week and lifting heavy. I also believe cardio can help girth gains due to the improved blood flow.

I´ll go down in my basement and give it a shoot :)
