I am so confused.

I am so confused.

I just got finished reading the Bib LOT theory post and I am still confused. Could some one please help me out alittle bit. I tried testing my LOT starting at 12. My whole penis retracts back, I don’t see the head tug back at all just the shaft itself, if I continue this all the way down to 9 the head still will tug back just the shaft itself. If I go below 9 then I see no head movement or shaft movement. So what would my LOT be? Would it be high or low?

I also forgot to add when I do get a solid erection, my erection is about 11 or 10. Hence, if I am reading and understanding the LOT correctly this would mean I have tight ligs, and should have a high LOT. Basically this is whats confusing me.

I have been here a long time and I don’t have a clue what my LOT is. Hasn’t stopped me though. :)

Same here.

I’ve gained over half an inch from stretching in just a few months and I have no clue what the LOT is.

Just stretch it all around ;)

I got the CD’s and even went to a few LOT seminars and still don’t understand it.

Get going on the newbie routine and save you LOT research for late a night while drunk.

Well, I guess I will start stretching in all different directions and angles then. Along with that which way should the jelqing go? Straight out, down, up?

I used to stretch in all directions too - Left, Down, Right, Up, Outwards. To be honest I found half of what I was doing to be useless and a waste of time. The main thing you should concentrate on, at least for now is downward stretching which will target the ligaments. And upward stretching which will focus more on the tunica.

Still, while your only following a basic beginners routine I wouldn’t bother with upward stretching yet either.

Noodles, I agree you should focus mainly on downward stretching but other directions are also beneficial in my humble opinion.

That’s true.

I’m not saying you should only be stretching either downwards or upwards. No doubt, if all you did was stretching to the left for example, I’m pretty certain over time you would make gains of some extent. I just think while downwards & upwards are the most beneficial, you may as well stick with them that’s all.

I will just start doing it in all directions. Probably find 10 different angles, since I like to hold the stretch for 60 secs, which would give me 10 mins of stretching. In my opinion tho, I think I may have trouble gaining any sort of length since my inner penis seems to be rather small.
