I can't gain girth

It’s been a good 2.5 years since I’ve begun PE (with various breaks ranging from a few weeks to one 6 month period). After trying a bunch of different types of exercises I ended up shooting from 5.75” BPEL to 7.5” BPEL and currently sitting at about 7.25”. This was all done with simple manual stretches and lots of rest.

My EG has basically sat around 4.5”-4.6” the whole time. I recall noticing EG gains when I was a newbie, but my girth measurement technique was faulty so I am dismissing the 4.9” I recorded back then. Ever since I found a consistent measuring technique it has sat around 4.5”. I have tried jelqing, erect jelqing, uli’s, horse440s, orange bends, jelq squeezes and clamping.

If anything, the more intense stuff either made me lose a little girth or just made my dick feel like shit (hard and flaccid, turtling, hard to get erections etc). Clamping made me lose some base girth, and erect jelqing made me lose shaft girth. The problem is I think I am a less-is-more person, but you need at least moderate intensity to gain EG. Also, I think all the intense exercises I’ve tried have made my tunica tough as steel… However I just got off of a 6-week decon break and am back at it.

Any ideas for me? I am borderline giving up here… the last things I can think of are BTB jelqing (i suspect dick circulation problems) and changing my lube to vitamin E baby oil (the body lotion I’ve been using has been leaving my dick rather dry and possibly with tougher skin). I don’t think I am ready to get into mechanical PE (pumping). Should I just do a shitload of jelqing, like 500 a session? Help me out here!!

Well I understand you fully, I gain a lot EL but almost nothing in EG, just a little 1 cm. I am seeking of building my EG, at least 1 cm more and id be happy. But EG is a bitch, it’s hard to get growing.

When I started pumping my goal was to gain EG and EL, well I just got EL. Now around 1 months ago I added clamping, hope it will do it!

If regular clamping is too intense for you, try clamping with a cock ring but for more prolonged periods of time and full recovery: start with a 1/on - 1/off and see how it goes.

This, supposing that you have already tried dry-jelqs without having gains.

I made some serious girth gains and all I did was a little jelquing. Done in moderation it also helped my EQ!

Does dry jelqing help girth in particular? I did some research and didn’t exactly come to that conclusion but I suppose changing it up might be worth a shot.

Yes, dry-jelq help with girth specifically. As always in PE, not for everybody, but for many, it does, more than wet-jelqs. :)

I use both the dry jelqing and the clamping techniques. I’ve been doing in for over a year and have gain a little over a quarter of an inch. EG takes a lot more time and patients compared to EL.

4thewind, I’m in the same boat with you, as far as girth goes. I took a bit of a break since April and lost an 1/8 in girth. I was 5.1, but am now back to 5.0 after 2 weeks of clamping and dry jelqing. Plus stretching.I think I found my answer as to why I’m having such a hard time gaining girth. I think it takes some understanding of both the tgc theory and etp theory. I believe there are two ways to gain. Way #1, through light to moderate force, the cells only “stretch”. If you apply extreme force, the cells will tear and create scar tissue. Now, I believe that I failed to do enough extreme girth exercises to keep up with my length gains. (1.75 inches). My girth gains are only 1/2 an inch. Past moderate clamping, I only did dry jelqing. Not enough to do major damage to the smooth muscle or the c.c.. Yet, I have gone the extreme route as far as length goes. I believe I stretched out my cc so much and failed to gain enough girth to keep up with my length gains. It has become quite obvious that girth should have been worked on right along side my length routine. Girth is built from the inside out, and I have stretched out the inner parts so much, that I have a lot of area to fill in and I may not see visible for quite a while even though I’m gaining . I hope that helps you a little bit.
