hey guys , hope you can help..whenever i try to jelk ..after the first squeeze my dick gets hard and so he starts to stand up , what shoud i do ?

Being overly sensitive is not uncommon. You should have a partial erection, but not a full erection. What I usually do is grasp tightly just behind the glans and hold until the erection subsides a bit. Hope this helps :)

had the same problem when I started, stll do sometimes.
The key for me was to do my PE when I was nice and relaxed. I usually wait until about an hour before bed to do my thing.

Another thing I found helpful is to turn on History channel, or flip through until I find something that interests me (besides the booty fest on the music video channels) and I watch TV while I do my exercises. It helps distract me from what ‘m actually doing, thus keeping me from enjoying it to the point that I have to stop and calm down.

Of course, having Dish Network, whenever that tall blonde they have comes on, I get wood no matter what I’m doing ;) All bets are off at that point.
