I Focused On Girth Before Length

Hello, I’m a new member. This is my first post. So my history with PE is I found out about it around 2004, I think the site was called PEGYM, I mostly did jelqing, and I have been PE’ing on and off for quite some time. I don’t remember my beginning measurements but I am now 6.75-7” BPEL and 7” BPFSL and with girth MEG 5.5” and BEG 6”, my goal is to get to 7” NBPEL and 6” MEG. From 2015 to 2020 I consistently focused on girth exercises because those were the only ones I knew about, I still have not gained much in girth, maybe .5”.

So the problem I’m having is, since my exercises have been completely girth related, and I just started hanging in 2020, maybe for 6 months, but then I found a girlfriend and took a break. Currently, on 12/29/22, I have been hanging consistently for about 4 months, and I have not seen any length gains. I have read that it would be hard if a person focused on girth than switched to length. I have read about TGC theory and LOT theory. From the readings, I would add that my lot is very close to 6 and from TGC theory, my tunica is my limit. Hence, I should focus on stretching/hanging. I started at the newbie levels, 2.5lbs I did not feel a thing, so I would keep adding weight, 10lbs did really good at stressing my member, then I moved to 15lbs, then a long break got to 20lbs, but now 25lbs seems to really feel good, stretching BTC, or so I thought, I have been in a chair and have been technically doing SD.

So my question is, do you guys think my tunica is too strong from jelqing? Is that why I haven’t been gaining in BPEL? Is that why I didn’t feel fatigued with lighter weights, or do you guys think I need to follow the right way to hang BTC? Or since my LOT is 6, I should change the angle to OTS with a pulley?

My routine, currently, has been to warm up with a heated wrist wrap for 15 min and do bundle stretches then, 3x sets of 25lbs SD for 20 min w/ heated wrist wrap for 15min in between sets. So, that’s an hour in the afternoon and I do the same routine at night for another hour. I have been doing this consistently for a couple of weeks because I was skipping morning hanging for privacy issues.

So, if anyone has any suggestions or wisdom’s on how I should switch up or tweak my routine it would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome! Good starting size my guy! Are you using heat during your workouts? If not, read up on it a bit and get an understanding on what it does and how it helps with PE. I have been using it since I started 10 years ago, although I have only been active for maybe 3 months at a time, something I sorely regret. Heat could be what you are missing if you aren’t using it. I do use a heated wrap, it’s electrical and suppose to be used for the wrist, but I don’t feel too much heat, when I touch my member it’s pretty warm though, I use it in between sets.

I ordered an IR wrap from total man and ordered a pulley to do OTS, I will keep you guys updated.

Update

I’m at 30 lbs BTC now and I have seemed to gain. I don’t think it started till I got to 25 lbs and then 30 lbs seem to be enough tug.

Before I was measuring from the side 7.125 BPEL, top 6.75 BPEL, I also got into the habit of measuring my BPFSL.

Currently, I’m at: from the side 7.5 BPEL, and from the top 7.125, and BPFSL is 7.5 from the top and from the side 7.75.

I also have started using an ADS for 3 hrs after I’m done with a hanging session.

Ok now I’m at 35lbs, I have been using the extender from total man, but I have grown.

My BPEL is 7.5”, from the top, and my BPEL from the side is 7 7/8, and I mean pressed, but that’s how we get correct measurements right, bone pressed.

I have not used my newfound length out on any females but, I just hope that I can hit that posterior for nix, fingers crossed.

Btw I know race does not matter here or height but I’m 5’4” and I’m Lao (next to Thailand).

My IR wrap has gone out, so I don’t know if that will affect my gains, I have to buy a new one.

My goal is to hit the posterior for nix, so idk how much more if have to go, maybe .25 inches. Then I will focus on girth and just use my extender to keep my length
