Hello. I’m not exactly new to this and have been a member for years but have only done PE when I felt like it more or less.

My plan and hopes:

Having done PE now for a few months continuously without bigger breaks, I intend to up my exercises a bit and try new things. Previously I only jelqed pretty much. Since I started again a few months back I decided I would try adding O-bends and also bought a pump with a gauge couple months ago. Just now learning the o-bends I think, they’re tricky to understand in my opinion, just gotta find what feels work. My current routine consists of a warmup with a rice sock for about 15 minutes. Jelq from between 100-150 depending on the day. O-bends 3 sets 30 second holds.

What my plan going forward is that I would like to explore horse440’s and clamping. I know that they are two very intense workouts so I’m going to ask questions here for anyone wanting to answer them. I have not yet made up my routine but I will come back to what I think will be the one I will try. Anyway, I’ve read up on the horse440’s and clamping a bit and concerning the horse440’s I intend on doing maybe 5 squeezes instead of the 10 that Horse describes in his thread. I intend on going slow and experimenting a bit.

The clamping I’m not too sure about still, maybe a 10 minute session is enough? Maybe even too long? Also, if anyone has a good routine they’d like to share I’m all ears! Would really appreciate some input.

My routine looks like this, not pumping everyday, and doing more jelqs on the off-days of pumping, this due to edema building up, might be because too much pressure from the jelqs, not too sure at this moment:
Warmup 15 minutes. Jelqs 50-150. O-bends 3x30sec. Warming up the pump, going 15-20 minutes while having a warm rice song surrounding it keeping it warm. End routine with a rubber erection ring that came with the pump from thickwall, for a bout 20 minutes or so.

So basically, I have two routines which includes me doing more jelqs on the day I don’t pump and less on the day I do to minimize edema under the glans.
I would really like to add the horse440’s and clamp in some way but I don’t know in what order would be best to do so.

Maybe have a routine where I do warmup, less jelqs, maybe 50 or so, clamp 10 minutes, horse440’s for 5 sets x 10 sec holds and finish off with a 10-15 minute pump? Would this make too much strain on the penis you think? Either way, I’m going to take it easy and experiment, but like I said, would be nice if someone had some input.

Previous measurements and current and also goals going forward.

According to my first stats when I first joined back in 2012 I had a BPEL of 5.9” and MSEG of 4.7”. I am not completely sure they are correct but I’m going by them. Since then I’ve gained a bit of both without really remembering these first measurements. I now measure BPEL 7”-7.1” and MSEG 4.9”-5”, it kind of differs just around the middle part for some unknown reason, might be because of the upward curve. My BEG is around 5.3”-5.5”, a bit hard to measure I feel like.

Going forward my short term goals are getting that consistent 5.1” MSEG. I want some more length, but honestly, if I just lose some body fat more will show. My goal for length is 7.3” NBPEL but I’m not that bothered by it as long as I can gain some girth.
Girth is where it’s at and I would really like to gain that 5.1” MSEG like I said. My goal of goals are 5.5” MSEG. I feel like that is enough for me and would be extremely happy with that. So, a 7.5” x 5.5” would make me a very happy camper to say the least. Something I would be very proud of!

First update of my little journey.

Started out with a warmup for about 15 minutes with a rice sock. 50 jelqs at about 70-80% erection. Decided to do clamping before the horse440’s and did so for 10 minutes. Not sure how it should feel when doing them so if anyone has an idea, please share! Continued with doing the horse440’s, trying them out for the first time not 100% sure if I’m doing them correctly but I’m pretty sure I’m close if nothing else. After those I felt like I could continue and did 15 minutes of pumping at 3-4-5 inHg 5 minutes each. Finished my set with a 20 minute elastic penis ring with warmth from the rice sock. Love that thick feeling when it expands while clamping and having the elastic penis ring on, hopefully I will have that and more in my hand without any assistance from devices of any kind!

Felt like a good first workout with the new routine. I think I might go 50 or so jelqs, clamp, horse440, pump, penis ring like 3 times a week or so. The other 2 I might just be doing jelqs and o-bends. 150-200 jelqs and then 3x30 sec o-bends. We’ll see what feels best. From what I could understand from reading the forums is that 24 hours rest after these girth exercises is very much recommended.

Don’t know if anyone who is reading this does the horse440’s, but if there is, what would a good schedule be to do in the beginning? Is 1 on 1 off better than 2 on 1 off for example? Do I need that days rest inbetween? Really wanna do them as much as possible without damaging my dick.

I’m debating as to whether I should try a routine schedule that is 2 on 1 off with day 1 and 2 looking something like this:

Day1:
Warmup 15 minutes, jelqs 100-150, possible o-bends, horse440’s up to 10 sets of 10 sec holds and a warmup to end it the routine.

Day2:
Warmup 15 minutes, jelqs 50-150, clamp 10 minutes, pump 15-20 minutes, end the routine with a elastic penis ring and warmup for 20 minutes.

I don’t know if this would put too much strain on my penis or if this could be a decent idea to try out. Still debating it.

Hey man, read your thread and you seem to be experienced but combining clamping, pumping, squeezes and O bends is a bad idea. I would recommend you pick one of those to focus on in conjunction with jelqing and start out with a 1 on 1 off routine. Girth exercises are very intense but what really makes them dangerous and what most people dont understand about them is how quickly you can go from seeing great PIs to sporting a nasty injury.

I hear ya. I’ve read other guys doing a combination of these and that’s the reason I’m exploring them a bit at the moment. Might get rid of the o-bends, though. So far I’ve had no problems, also being a bit cautious with the intensity. Tried the horse440’s again today. I combined them with 50 jelqs in between the 10 440’s, so 50 jelqs, 5 x 10 sec 440’s, 50 jelqs, 5 x 10 440’s and another 50 jelqs, ending with an elastic penis ring for 20 minutes. Tomorrow is a day off so I will see how it feels after that. I honestly don’t think these exercises should be too much if I do them on separate days and not overdoing them. Yesterday I just tried all of them out in combination to see, and it worked out fine. But I understand that I need to be cautious doing these as they are extremely tough on ones member.

I think I might scramble these exercises around so they don’t intervene too much with eachother. Don’t want to risk anything. But at the moment I don’t think I’m leaving one out completely.

I don’t know exactly when I started doing jelqs again actively but yes I’ve done warmups, jelqs and stuff for atleast 4 months. I’ve also done it before but not gone for long periods. Started pumping around Christmas.

From your measurement logs it looks like you’ve gained about an inch in length and a bit of girth. Do you remember what routine you used in the beginning of your journey that got you your gains?

I only did jelqs back then. Sure, I did some stretches but I don’t think I did them for too long and just stopped doing them. I honestly think it was a lot of newbie gains with the improved EQ that made up the gains. Haven’t made any gains more than maybe a few millimeters since starting again. Sure, length wise I have made some, but haven’t seen any on girth yet.

For today’s session I feel a bit unsure as to what I should do. Should I continue with the routine I stated above or should I make another routine? So far it has gone great, been careful and checking my penis so it doesn’t look or feel strange after each rep of the 440’s. I feel like I want to continue but also a bit hesitant.

I went ahead and did this today:

Elastic penis ring for 20 minutes with a rice sock as warm-down.

The session felt good, didn’t feel any discomfort or any visible concern’s. Tomorrow I think I’m going for the jelq/clamp/pump session. Sunday is a rest day.
To add to today’s session with the 440’s, I can really understand why people say it’s a tough exercise because you can feel your dick feeling tired afterwards, even going in to the next day. I’m trying to avoid clamping off the bigger blood vessels on top of my dick to minimize the risk of injury. Don’t know if that makes much difference since I’m not too educated on the physical part of the human body, but logically that would make sense, at least in my head.

Today’s session was a good one. I have been feeling the fatigue from doing the 440’s also, I remember feeling the same way back when I started in 2012 or something. Back then I only did jelqs, though.

Today I did:

15 min warmup.
50 jelqs.
Clamp 10 minutes.
Pump 20 minutes 2-3-4-5 inHg 5 min each. Warm rice sock around the tube all session. Feels like I’m losing erection level when there is too much heat, though.
Penis ring 20 minutes.

*Side note* Clamping is something I’m trying to learn more about, not entirely sure about the level of tightness one needs for it to work best and not hurt my dick. After my session I read up a bit and found something about that it should clamp of so that no blood can come out, which would mean it would have to be tighter than what I’ve been doing. It’s a bit uncomfortable for the “middle pipe” in the penis, I guess it’s the channel the urine travels through, when it’s too tight. Also a bit scared I will break a big vein or something if it’s clamped too tight, but maybe if something were to be wrong it wouldn’t just “POP!” without any notice beforehand. Just being careful at the moment. I would appreciate some words on it if someone experienced in clamping would mind.

Off-day today, but just wanted to note that my flaccid length and girth has greatly increased from what it once was. Previously it was very shy and now hangs both lower and thicker. It’s not like it’s by several inches, but enough for it to be very noticeable. A very welcome bonus when really only looking for erect size.
