Hello. I’m not exactly new to this and have been a member for years but have only done PE when I felt like it more or less.
My plan and hopes:
Having done PE now for a few months continuously without bigger breaks, I intend to up my exercises a bit and try new things. Previously I only jelqed pretty much. Since I started again a few months back I decided I would try adding O-bends and also bought a pump with a gauge couple months ago. Just now learning the o-bends I think, they’re tricky to understand in my opinion, just gotta find what feels work. My current routine consists of a warmup with a rice sock for about 15 minutes. Jelq from between 100-150 depending on the day. O-bends 3 sets 30 second holds.
What my plan going forward is that I would like to explore horse440’s and clamping. I know that they are two very intense workouts so I’m going to ask questions here for anyone wanting to answer them. I have not yet made up my routine but I will come back to what I think will be the one I will try. Anyway, I’ve read up on the horse440’s and clamping a bit and concerning the horse440’s I intend on doing maybe 5 squeezes instead of the 10 that Horse describes in his thread. I intend on going slow and experimenting a bit.
The clamping I’m not too sure about still, maybe a 10 minute session is enough? Maybe even too long? Also, if anyone has a good routine they’d like to share I’m all ears! Would really appreciate some input.
My routine looks like this, not pumping everyday, and doing more jelqs on the off-days of pumping, this due to edema building up, might be because too much pressure from the jelqs, not too sure at this moment:
Warmup 15 minutes. Jelqs 50-150. O-bends 3x30sec. Warming up the pump, going 15-20 minutes while having a warm rice song surrounding it keeping it warm. End routine with a rubber erection ring that came with the pump from thickwall, for a bout 20 minutes or so.
So basically, I have two routines which includes me doing more jelqs on the day I don’t pump and less on the day I do to minimize edema under the glans.
I would really like to add the horse440’s and clamp in some way but I don’t know in what order would be best to do so.
Maybe have a routine where I do warmup, less jelqs, maybe 50 or so, clamp 10 minutes, horse440’s for 5 sets x 10 sec holds and finish off with a 10-15 minute pump? Would this make too much strain on the penis you think? Either way, I’m going to take it easy and experiment, but like I said, would be nice if someone had some input.
Previous measurements and current and also goals going forward.
According to my first stats when I first joined back in 2012 I had a BPEL of 5.9” and MSEG of 4.7”. I am not completely sure they are correct but I’m going by them. Since then I’ve gained a bit of both without really remembering these first measurements. I now measure BPEL 7”-7.1” and MSEG 4.9”-5”, it kind of differs just around the middle part for some unknown reason, might be because of the upward curve. My BEG is around 5.3”-5.5”, a bit hard to measure I feel like.
Going forward my short term goals are getting that consistent 5.1” MSEG. I want some more length, but honestly, if I just lose some body fat more will show. My goal for length is 7.3” NBPEL but I’m not that bothered by it as long as I can gain some girth.
Girth is where it’s at and I would really like to gain that 5.1” MSEG like I said. My goal of goals are 5.5” MSEG. I feel like that is enough for me and would be extremely happy with that. So, a 7.5” x 5.5” would make me a very happy camper to say the least. Something I would be very proud of!
