I kind of knew from yesterday that my EQ would be suffering today. I was maybe 70-80%, a tad bit higher if I went at it really trying to make it harder. I continued with fleshlight today. Really pleased I could go all 20 minutes without having to stop even once. I would’ve liked to be 100% hard, then it might’ve given me more of a challenge, but I’ll take it. Was watching porn/cbate while doing it make it a bit more difficult.

Today’s session:

I’m thinking of reasons why my EQ is taking a big hit, is it only because of the ejaculation or am I going too hard? I’ve cut back in time of both pumping and penis ring, maybe that’ll help going further. The fleshlight is kind of numbing as well after a while which makes my EQ not great. I could stay hard the whole fleshlight session but it was maybe 70-80% EQ, which I don’t like, I would like it to be much harder than that. I guess I will see what happens in time.

Was actually a really good session today. I feel like my EQ was back and I could keep it erect for much longer so that’s great.

Started my routine with the fleshlight that I’ve incorporated in my routine. I did 20 minutes with fewer stops than I first thought. Still a few too many but I’m not going to complain since I’m just starting out again.

Today’s routine:

20 minute fleshlight session. Slow/medium pace. 7 stops. No ejac. Watched porn/cb to make it more difficult.
15 minute warmup with rice sock
50 jelqs
10 minutes clamp
50 jelqs
15 minutes pump
15 minutes elastic penis ring with warmth from rice sock
(kegels are always included in my routine, doing them mostly during jelqs and to kegel in blood while clamping)

I think I’ll stick to the new 15 minute reps with pump and penis ring. It feels like that could fix my EQ, we’ll see going further, but it seems promising. Very pleased with the session overall. Little over a week to go for next measurements and it’s ever so exciting! Hoping to have gained something but I don’t expect it. 15 days might be to close for any gains. I would really like to reach 5.3” above/around my upward curve by sometime in May. That would be absolutely surreal if that happened. Will also be interesting to see if I will gain anything in length going further, haven’t really noticed any real length gains other than that 1-2 mm gain, which I’m not sure is even a gain to be honest.
Tomorrow is off and that usually means release. Will be interesting to see the EQ on Tuesday.

Today’s fleshlight session was quite decent, a bit surprised actually. Yesterday I had 7 PONR and today only 6. It’s been 3 days since last time I ejac’d and therefore I’m pleased I didn’t go above yesterday’s result. I just thought about how this routine could look like and I’ve come to three conclusions, or scenarios if you will. Number one is to up the minutes every other week by 10 minutes. Second one is to increase speed second week and maybe up the minutes on week three and going back to the original speed and starting over. Third is to up the minutes after a month, just adding pace during the month.

Scenario 1:
Week 1 and 2:
Week 1- Slow/medium - Week 2 - Medium/fast speed
Week 3: Add minutes -> start over

Scenario 2:
Week 1 and 2: Slow/medium pace
Week 3: Add 10 minutes

Scenario 3:
Week 1 and 2: Slow/medium pace
Week 3 and 4 (rest of month): Medium/fast

New month: Add 10 minutes and start over with slow/medium pace.

Will have to think about it, it’s pretty time consuming, not that I don’t have anything other than time on my hands, but still. Anyway, for the coming days I might take some extra rest due to falling ill. Not feeling that great so I think I might pick PE up when I feel better.

I have risen! Not 100% back, but at least I’m not sick anymore. This cold I got lasted for about 10-11 days and has been a nightmare on the EQ. Not sure if I might have lost what I feel I’ve gained lately, we’ll see. I can recognise my dick not being 100% normal just yet, also morning wood and regular erections aren’t there just yet. It will get better in a few days when my body is back completely. Lost about 5kg during this time which is quite a lot. My body as well as my dick needs time to recover.

I continued my routine today and lowered my intensity since I’m just coming back from a break. Will ease into it this coming week after being out for almost 2 weeks. Never bothered measuring on the 31st/1st since I wasn’t even able to get a hard on basically. Haven’t had a boner since I got sick so I feel like I will wait till the 15th again.

I feel like when measuring my dick after being sick it makes it a bit discouraging. I had worked really hard to get it to a size I felt was starting to be impressive. Now it’s basically back to where I started. I’m not so sure it will make a comeback the more my body recovers. I only have a bit of a cough left but still… I don’t know if my body will “give back” those gains, or what I thought was gains. It’s a bit sad when you’ve worked hard for something and it being taken away from you.

Just finished and the session was decent. EQ is good, or good enough. Still feels like I lost a few mm from when I was sick, and that really bothers me. Maybe those weren’t real gains that I got before getting sick but they sure as hell kept me motivated to the max. I just gotta keep going, try and not get down because of this inconvenience.

Good EQ today. Going back to what I said earlier, I think I will have to “start” over with the stats I acquired. I will keep motivated and update every time I’ve done a session just to keep it all up.
Today’s session was good. I tried using the elastic penis ring under my glands while clamping for added pressure, but not too much for it to be excessive. I’ve also ordered new elastic rings since the one I have now have a little ripple in it. They are smaller in diameter which will be interesting for comparison with the one I use now. It’s still usable but I thought I might as well buy new ones just in case it breaks completely.

Today’s session:

I skipped the last two sessions, Saturday and Sunday, for reasons unknown (hmpf…lazy). Decided to do my workouts today, Monday, (writing this after 00:00 on a Tuesday), making up for the weekend. Earlier around 12pm I did my jelq+440 session and now at 9pm I did the jelq+clamp+pump session. I also did this to see how it would feel, what effects it would have on my penis.

I feel like with both sessions, and altogether after being sick, my EQ has been great. Haven’t had any problems at all keeping it hard during sessions, even today doing a double workout. Positive signs. I also decided to try adding to the workouts a bit.

Hopefully my new elastic penis rings will arrive tomorrow. Excited to try them out. They have a much tighter fit than the one I have now so it will be interesting to see how they are and how my dick fairs when using them.

I won’t be doing this double session during one day if I don’t feel like I have to. Though I think I might try pumping twice a day, maybe even doing a session on 1 off-day. It’s fun experimenting, while being careful of course.

These reports are great for motivation and keeping oneself accountable. I really hope I will continue and not stray from this awesome journey.

Even after yesterday’s double session I had a quite good EQ today. Kind of surprised since my EQ was poor before getting sick. After 2 days of PE it felt done, EQ was low and it didn’t want to workout when the next day of PE came around. Now it turns out it actually wants to. Strange.

I had to order another pair of elastic penis rings due to the other order not being here until end of May, which is ludicrous. I really regret buying from that store and not from the one I ordered from now. The ring I have now is very close to breaking so I hope it can hold on for one more session.

I also might do a pump session later. I feel like my dick can take it without it being too much. I think I’ve conditioned it enough, while also being careful, to manage a bit more stress on it. We’ll see how it goes and how it feels, I will keep an eye out for indicators that it could be too much. Thus far it feels and seems like it isn’t too much, as long as I give it some 1-2 rest days a week, minimum.

Today I’m thinking of doing a double pump session. I’m also going to add sets to clamping starting with 2 sets of 10 minutes with jelqs in between. I think going 2 sets for a few weeks and then adding another set to make it three would be okay. The sessions are quite long already, which is surprisingly exhausting. Adding to the routines is hard work, sweating like a pig at times, haha!

My penis ring broke yesterday so I will have to wait till tomorrow, hopefully, to get the new ones. Ending the session with the ring is great so this time it was indeed missed.

Been a while since I last reported. I was supposed to measure Saturday, but I was a bit unsure if my last measurements were legit and not only results from my previous session the day before. On Friday I decided I would take a few days off to let my dick rest and not be fluffed by a session previous. I measured on Sunday and was satisfied with the results. Now, I don’t really know if I should keep the old measurements or make this my “first” measurement since I actually took a break to let it rest unlike last time. I’m leaning towards this measurement as my real one. I guess it doesn’t really matter in the end since I gained a bit but anyway…

BPEL: Around 7.2” (18.2 cm hard pressed)

I’m happy that I got back what I thought I’d lost after being sick for almost 2 weeks, and more to boot. Will stick to the routine, it seems to be working quite well, just experimenting and adding and so on. I need another way of keeping my tube warm during pumping. A rice sock is clumsy and loses it’s warmth after a while. Also I don’t know how effective it is. I’m obviously gaining but I want to make it less difficult during sessions. Holding a pump pressed towards your pubic bone while also holding a rice sock round it just feels like a pain.

I’ve also tried stretching, something I haven’t done since I began PE back in 2012. I can’t seem to keep it flaccid enough for it to stretch which makes me a bit annoyed. I would like to stretch after my session since my dick doesn’t really want to get hard then. But I’m not sure if that would work since I’m kind of heavy on the girth routines. If anyone reads this and knows anything about that, if doing stretches after heavy girth workouts could work, please share, I would really appreciate it a lot.

Once again it has been a while since I last updated. I have done my routines but never reported anything due to being mostly tired.
For about a week now I’ve been going for walks for 30min-1h trying to get to the weight I want to be at. I will eventually start going to the gym but for now walks will do. I will also try bettering my diet a bit, not eating at odd hours of the day and keep the portions down. If I continue with this and also keep gaining on my dick, in a few months I hope things will look very different down there. Hopefully my fat pad is easy to get rid of as it really kind of bothers me. I’m really happy with the gains I have made since 2021 started and I hope it will continue in this manner. Although, I would like some more length but I can’t seem to keep myself flaccid enough to stretch, and stretching is something I would really like to do. Anyway, on to the sessions.

The sessions went well, but I felt like they were done a bit late so I didn’t really want to do them. After I overcame the feeling of not doing them the sessions were good. I would like to add stretching but it is very difficult keeping it flaccid. After my sessions it is much harder to get hard as easily and I could do the stretches then, but I feel like that wouldn’t work as well as if I did them before. Do they work after a girth routine? Does anyone have any experience? Anyway. At the start of May I will probably add another set of clamping making it 3. Lately I’ve also felt a bit of soreness but it’s fine.

Haven’t had one on while flaccid so will be interesting. Hopefully for tomorrow’s session EQ will be back.

Today I added clamping to my session since I didn’t have good enough EQ yesterday to do them then. EQ wasn’t 100% today either but good enough to complete all the workouts. Since a few days back I’ve also tried having the elastic penis ring on when I’m flaccid forcing it to be a bit bigger than usual. I have it on for an hour or so at a time while also keeping an eye on it just in case. Don’t know if it does anything other than making it look bigger when it’s on.

Since a few days back I have had pretty bad EQ so it has made it a bit more difficult doing the exercises. I think the reason for it to start going bad is I came with an elastic ring on and also did a double-ejac session that time. The two coming days were quite bad and I had also started trying out using the penis ring on while flaccid for longer periods. This all may have something to do with it, but I will continue on for a while just to see if it makes a difference in any way, positive or negative.

Like previously mentioned, EQ has been a bit down but I have made it through without really that much problem. I will take a few days off and let it rest while also measure on either the 30th of April or 1st of May. I may even take a weeks rest just to let it get some holiday-rest. Might be good and needed.
