I skipped the last two sessions, Saturday and Sunday, for reasons unknown (hmpf…lazy). Decided to do my workouts today, Monday, (writing this after 00:00 on a Tuesday), making up for the weekend. Earlier around 12pm I did my jelq+440 session and now at 9pm I did the jelq+clamp+pump session. I also did this to see how it would feel, what effects it would have on my penis.
I feel like with both sessions, and altogether after being sick, my EQ has been great. Haven’t had any problems at all keeping it hard during sessions, even today doing a double workout. Positive signs. I also decided to try adding to the workouts a bit.
Today’s workout #1:
15-20 minute warmup with rice sock
50 jelqs
5 x 10 sec 440’s

15 minutes with elastic penis ring and warmth from rice sock
Today’s workout #2:
15-20 minute warmup with rice sock

10 minutes clamping with warmth from rice sock

30 jelqs
30 minutes pumping with warmth from rice sock on top. Also pre-warming the pump beforehand.
15 minutes with elastic penis ring and warmth from rice sock
Hopefully my new elastic penis rings will arrive tomorrow. Excited to try them out. They have a much tighter fit than the one I have now so it will be interesting to see how they are and how my dick fairs when using them.
I won’t be doing this double session during one day if I don’t feel like I have to. Though I think I might try pumping twice a day, maybe even doing a session on 1 off-day. It’s fun experimenting, while being careful of course.
These reports are great for motivation and keeping oneself accountable. I really hope I will continue and not stray from this awesome journey.
