The day has finally come (even a few hours late here)! It’s mid month measuring day!
Yesterday I forgot to log my workout so I’ll include it in today’s. My EQ hasn’t been 100% since early last week but it’s starting to make a comeback.
Yesterday’s session:
Like I stated above my EQ hasn’t been 100%, having a hard time keeping an erection for longer than 5-10 seconds without lots of stimulation. At least a good one. And they haven’t been that good lately. Anyway… yesterday I did the usual session with jelqs, 440’s and penis ring. During my session I maybe got 80% quality on my erections and that’s not what I’m used to. I also modified the routine a wee bit by adding another 440’s set making it 15 x 10 sec holds.

20 minutes warm-down with elastic penis ring and warmth from rice sock on and off.
I feel like I am able to take another set of 440’s and will continue with 3 sets for the foreseeable future. It was a bit difficult to keep my dick HARD while doing them since EQ is not what it usually is, but I managed and the session overall was decent.
Today’s session:
Today I did my measurements that I’ve longed for for about 2 weeks now, having been very excited about this day it finally came! Not much more to say other than it was a good session and I had better EQ today than yesterday. Also to note I haven’t ejaculated since last Tuesday just to let it rest and see how it responds. I also added 50 jelqs in between clamping and pumping today.

Note: Since I have a little curve pretty much on the middle of my shaft the girth varies a bit. I have measured from the curve and also just under it which I would also consider mid shaft, therefor I’m adding this double measurement in my notes below.
Previously 02-22-2021: BPEL 7.1” (18.2cm) MSEG: 4.9” (12.5/12.7cm) BaseEG: 5.5” (14cm)
Now 02-16-2021: BPEL 7.2” (18.3 cm) MSEG: 5.078” - 5.2” (12.7/13.3cm) BaseEG: 5.63” (14.3cm)
If these are real gains or not I don’t know, but I sure am certain that I will continue with this routine for a good while! IF they are real, that means I’ve gained:
BPEL +0.1cm
MSEG +0.2/0.6cm
BaseEG +0.3cm
This makes me very motivated to continue. I have also felt a slight difference when holding my penis so I’m sure they are real. Next measurement will be on the last of March or the first of April.
