Just finished my session and it was a good one. I really like the expansion the 440’s gives. I am being as careful as I can be I feel like, avoiding the bigger veins and keeping an eye out for signs of overdoing. After each rep I take at least 30 seconds to massage and get good flow back in before I go for the next rep. It feels thicker instantly after doing a rep and new thin blood veins or whatever they are called are showing up.

Tomorrow is another on-day and I think I’m going to try clamping with another notch on the clamp to see. Will be really careful so I don’t hurt myself obviously. I really think this routine I’m on could be a good one. I feel my dick being worked and exhausted after these routines, especially after 440’s, that I haven’t felt since I started PE with the newbie routine. Really hope for good gains!

Another session in the books. Today was a clamp day and like I mentioned previously, I tried another notch on the clamp. It was different from the previous session I clamped and I kept a cautious eye on my dick the whole time so nothing looked wrong. I used a warm rice sock on and off during, also some light massage during the clamp to get the flow going and also to feel so I don’t go numb.
Did a 20 minute pump after with a warm rice sock on top, on and off. I feel like I can’t keep an erection as easy with too much warmth, don’t know why. But I work hard to keep it engorged at all times so it doesn’t really matter besides it being a bit more of a challenge.

Today’s routine:

Warmup 15 minutes with rice sock
75 jelqs
10 minute clamp with warm rice sock on and off
20 minute pump with warm rice sock on and off
23 minute warm-down with elastic penis ring and rice sock on and off

Off-day tomorrow.

Side note:
I can’t kick the feeling that I want to measure during and after every session, even though I know it won’t grow over night. I like measuring during my clamp and penis ring sessions to see how much it expands to. I did that this time aswell and it seems like it has “grown” by a few millimeters during its pumped state. I will TRY and hold off from measuring until maybe the 15th or something. Since I’m so eager to measure I might manage to hold out for a couple weeks and measure 2 times per month or so. Aghhh!.. so tough…

Today’s session was as expected really, a good one. I really like the 440’s a lot. The expansion and fullness you get is impressive. Combining these with jelqs and finishing with a penis ring seems like it could work, or I hope at least! Still being very cautious with the 440’s of course. This far the only thing besides the feeling of my penis feeling fuller, is the thinner veins in my dick appearing. I hope that is a good sign.
Anyway…

Today’s workout:

Side note: During my session I try and remember doing as many kegels as possible. When I jelq there are at least 50-70 out of the 150 jelqs I usually do. Also during 440’s I hold a kegel for as long as I can, usually the whole 10 seconds in each rep.

Tomorrow is clamping and pumping and I think I got a hang of it last time I did clamping. It’s hard to know what it should feel like when you’re starting out with clamping, but as long as I don’t see any major discoloration or pain of any kind I think I’m good.

Today’s session started good but ended in a way I wouldn’t have wanted and therefore I am a bit disappointed if I’m honest.

20 minute pump where I warm the tube beforehand and also keeping it warm with the rice sock around it during
14-15 minute elastic penis ring with warmth on and off

The last part is where I am not so happy. I went too hard on the edging (it turns in to edging most of the time when I try and keep it 100% hard) and accidentally came with 6 minutes or so left of my session. Very disappointed honestly. I don’t think it will hinder my gains but it just sucks, feels like it disrupts my schedule of 2 on 1 off and having the off day for ejacs. But yeah… what is done is done, not much you can do about it. Off day tomorrow so not to report for a couple days. Also, 11 days till mid-month measuring. I have decided to measure twice a month and they will occur on the 15th and on the 30th/31st of every month. Like I said previously, I have a really hard time not measuring even though I know it wont grow over night. Really hoping for something, even the smallest sign of improvement would suffice.

Sunday-funday and a session in the books.

Quite happy with today’s session honestly. Had a solid erection during 440’s and also in the end with the penis ring which made my dick feel quite fat - WHICH I WANT! So I’m happy!

Fantastic session today!

Began like I always do, warmup with a rice sock for about 20 minutes. I continued with jelqs and it felt somewhat bigger than usual, something I also, when I think about it, have been feeling more of lately. When I got to clamping I was hard as a rocket ship and the expansion continued and it felt THICK. Can’t explain how exciting it is feeling that way even though it’s in a clamped state. Finishing my session with 20 minutes of pumping and after that 30 minutes with an elastic penis ring. It was a great pumping session and when I got out of the tube it was like a swollen corn dog, incredible! To cap it all off with the penis ring was super nice. Kept a great erection the whole time and afterwards it was just impressive. Super happy with the session today.

Like I said, it was a fantastic session and I got really good expansion when I measured the the state it was in with the penis ring on. I’m not sure it has gotten that much expansion before honestly. Just felt thick and impressive! Can’t wait to see the results when measuring this month. I’m pretty sure I will have some sort of gain in the coming months and, like I have said countless times, I can’t wait to see the results!

Yeah it’s going great! Hope I continue on this path and keep the motivation going. This progress report is helping a lot, just to have something to share and look back at is great.

Just finished up my session and it wasn’t the greatest. The reason being bad EQ. Yesterday I went hard on the fleshlight which I never really use but thought I’d use it for once. The plan is to use it for my routine in a few days so I decided I would have one out on my off day. Anyway. Today my EQ was piss poor and it made today’s session really hard. No pun intended. I guess it was fine for the jelqs, but when it came to the 440’s I just couldn’t get enough erection to keep the head hard especially. I finished my session either way, but it wasn’t among the best I’ve had.

Even if I haven’t gained anything I’m really not discouraged as I really know deep down this will do wonders for my gains in the long run. No doubt in my mind! As long as I can stay away from injuries and not stray from my journey I’m gonna get there eventually. It’s just a matter of time, and that’s something I’m not in a shortage of.

Better EQ today, but certainly not great. I could keep it erect for much longer but it was a bit of a problem when doing the clamp and pump, had to work really hard to keep it hard. Yesterday it was almost impossible, so some improvement for today. I’m thinking of taking a 2-day break and get going on Sunday again. I want my EQ to be as good as it possibly can be for Monday’s measurements.

The day has finally come (even a few hours late here)! It’s mid month measuring day!

Yesterday I forgot to log my workout so I’ll include it in today’s. My EQ hasn’t been 100% since early last week but it’s starting to make a comeback.

Yesterday’s session:
Like I stated above my EQ hasn’t been 100%, having a hard time keeping an erection for longer than 5-10 seconds without lots of stimulation. At least a good one. And they haven’t been that good lately. Anyway… yesterday I did the usual session with jelqs, 440’s and penis ring. During my session I maybe got 80% quality on my erections and that’s not what I’m used to. I also modified the routine a wee bit by adding another 440’s set making it 15 x 10 sec holds.

Today’s session:
Today I did my measurements that I’ve longed for for about 2 weeks now, having been very excited about this day it finally came! Not much more to say other than it was a good session and I had better EQ today than yesterday. Also to note I haven’t ejaculated since last Tuesday just to let it rest and see how it responds. I also added 50 jelqs in between clamping and pumping today.

Note: Since I have a little curve pretty much on the middle of my shaft the girth varies a bit. I have measured from the curve and also just under it which I would also consider mid shaft, therefor I’m adding this double measurement in my notes below.

Previously 02-22-2021: BPEL 7.1” (18.2cm) MSEG: 4.9” (12.5/12.7cm) BaseEG: 5.5” (14cm)
Now 02-16-2021: BPEL 7.2” (18.3 cm) MSEG: 5.078” - 5.2” (12.7/13.3cm) BaseEG: 5.63” (14.3cm)

If these are real gains or not I don’t know, but I sure am certain that I will continue with this routine for a good while! IF they are real, that means I’ve gained:
BPEL +0.1cm
MSEG +0.2/0.6cm
BaseEG +0.3cm

This makes me very motivated to continue. I have also felt a slight difference when holding my penis so I’m sure they are real. Next measurement will be on the last of March or the first of April.

In order to keep track of my measurements I have also measured with tape the past couple months or so just to see the difference. I have them on the inside of a door for easy access. I will attach some pictures for reference if allowed.
I just decided to make that extra measurement of my mid shaft just below my curve so I won’t be adding a picture of it, that will be for next time. And I didn’t take a measurement for my base last time due to it being difficult measuring that area since I have a lot of skin there. Will try to keep it updated, though.

Bas = Base 14.1 cm to 14.3 cm
Mid = Mid shaft curve. 12.5 cm to 12.9 cm

A bit lower EQ today, but it was decent enough for it to make for a good session. I cut down on the time for pumping and the penis ring in the end to see if my EQ will be better.

Since it was an off-day I decided to try out my fleshlight routine which I intend to incorporate into my other routine. I did this once back in 2014 and I gained some results from it. I remember it being quite difficult and a bit demoralising in the beginning when I didn’t know how to control anything. I will try and keep this up alongside my main routine, although I think I will be a bit lazy and skip it a lot, but we’ll see.

The fleshlight routine for better stamina will look something like this:

To start off with I’m going for 20 minutes the first week and then up it to 30 I think. I will try and only cum twice a week or so, or I might go three, we’ll see how it feels.

Today’s session:
20 minutes. Watching porn while using the device. 20 PONR. No ejac. Decided to have one out after I was done to restart everything. I know I will be able to go much longer than today without as many stops for tomorrow if i decide to continue the routine tomorrow. Considering I watched porn while doing this it made me get close far more than I did back when I started in 2014. I only sat there listening to music. I think having something to stimulate the mind will make it more difficult, but may also be better for me in the long run. I’m a little disappointed I had 20 PONR’s during this session but it really isn’t of any importance, I know it will get better if I just keep at it.

Tomorrow (today here, haven’t gone to bed yet) is the jelq+440 session and hopefully my EQ is not gone.
