I Give In. Routine Critique As Well
I have been trying to find ways to be lazy and still do PE, such as skipping straight to hanging/clamping.but alas, I figure I need to get over myself..
I have started an excel spreadsheet to help me with my motivation. I’m tracking Jelqing sessions, Stretching sessions and masturbation sessions, surface area, volume, length, girth..
I’m attempting to reduce the last one.5 times last week. I’m trying to reduce it by 1-2 each week. I just don’t “enjoy” it. Afterwards I’m like, “Well that was retarded.”
Anyways. Here’s the routine I’ve drawn up, based on how the stretches feel to me. Some feel as if they’re stretching more than others, so are given more focus. As for jelqs, I need to do some research on those to put a number to ‘em. I also plan on reading the LOT theory, and putting that to use.
BTC: 30 seconds (4 sets) 1 minute (2 sets)
Straight Down: 30 seconds (2 sets) 1 minute (1 set)
Straight Down (Left): 30 seconds (2 sets) 1 minute (1 set)
Straight Down (Right): 30 seconds (2 sets) 1 minute (1 set)
Straight Out: 30 seconds (2 sets) 1 minute (1 set)
Straight Out (Left): 30 seconds (2 sets) 1 minute (1 set)
Straight Out (Right): 30 seconds (2 sets) 1 minute (1 set)
Straight Up: 30 seconds (1 set) 1 minute (1 set)
Straight Up (Left): 30 seconds (1 set) 1 minute (1 set)
Straight Up (Right): 30 seconds (1 set) 1 minute (1 set)
Would it be unreasonable to do that twice a day, plus the “post-piss pull” aka stretching after you pee for about 30 seconds? Jelqs once a day?
My grip tends to start slipping after a while though. I’m thinking about making the Wench, and using it as a manual stretcher.
