Hello guys, kinda new here but no in PE world.
Few years ago I used only stretching and made gains (I can’t tell you how much because that was years ago)
Two months ago I tried a program called jelq free by big AL and for full month I gained 0.1-0.2 cm in length and some same numbers for girth and I quit.

Now I want to try your newbie program and I have few questions before I start.
Because I’m not that newbie (I’m only new with jelqs), can I do this:
3 sets x 30seconds stretching in all directions (including BTC)
200 jelq (3 seconds strokes)

Second question, all of the exercise should I do in one sitting or separate them (ex. Jelq at night, stretch in the morning)

Third question, what about sexual activities, including masturbation? How much times weekly and when? When I started with PE few years ago, I used to masturbate before stretching, after ejaculation my penis was so stretchable and I like it.

2nd q. this is more of a personal choice tbh. Again, You have to observe your PI’s

3rd.Again, this is a personal choice. For jelq, you have to be at most 70% erected. If it is not affecting your routine, sex and masturbation should not be a problem. Also, one of the main objectives of PE is to enhance your sexual life, not limit it.

Just so I can advice you. Read more in this forum. People do not realise how there are loads of information here.

How long after start I should take measurements?

This is again is a personal preference.

I personally avoid taking measurements early. However, you could read some tips from pros here who regularly keep on track of their progress every x months.

One skill one needs to learn here is to adjust their workouts based on their progress. If there is no progress in 3months to 6month, maybe you need to change your routine or minimally intensify it a lilttle bit but again, this is based on how you program your routine. There is no fixed rule here.

another skill is observing your dick when you do your workouts. One part of a negative PI’s is a decrease in size, they call it ‘turtling’ here. That means you have overworked your penis and need to rest. On the other hand, if you see your dick is plumped and engorged, then you are doing it right.

So yeah, focus on those first. PE is a set of skills you develop and master. At least, this is how I see PE.

For me ejaculation make my dick tired an not stretchable for hours. But I think that might be because of age. I’m soon 52 and needs more dickrest now.

Not in my case.

My reality is that, even after ejaculation, my dick stays semi-erected for another 20 min untill it gets full flacid.

1) sex is more important than PE. Never give up sex so you can PE.

2) your penis may take some time to get “re trained” so it wont get an erection while jelqing.
