I Have Few Questions Before I Start
Hello guys, kinda new here but no in PE world.
Few years ago I used only stretching and made gains (I can’t tell you how much because that was years ago)
Two months ago I tried a program called jelq free by big AL and for full month I gained 0.1-0.2 cm in length and some same numbers for girth and I quit.
Now I want to try your newbie program and I have few questions before I start.
Because I’m not that newbie (I’m only new with jelqs), can I do this:
3 sets x 30seconds stretching in all directions (including BTC)
200 jelq (3 seconds strokes)
Second question, all of the exercise should I do in one sitting or separate them (ex. Jelq at night, stretch in the morning)
Third question, what about sexual activities, including masturbation? How much times weekly and when? When I started with PE few years ago, I used to masturbate before stretching, after ejaculation my penis was so stretchable and I like it.
