I have made metronome soundtracks to help members time their Angion Method routine.

The attached archive contains the soundtracks, the LMMS project files used to make them and a basic routine playlist as an example of how you could construct your own routine. Everything is explained in the readme but here are the samples contained in the archive

10 Second Countdown
This file plays 10 countdown beeps over 10 seconds. It is used as a rest time in the playlist to allow you to regain your erection or prepare to switch to another exercise.

Burst Expansion
This file plays a 30 second timing track at 120 BPM for the burst expansion exercise. To use this track, synchronize your down-stroke with the beep.

Pyramid Rush
This file plays a 1 minute and 40 second timing track as for the pyramid rush exercises. The various segments are shown below. Like the Burst Expansion track, synchronize your down-stroke with the beep.

20 seconds at 120 BPM
20 seconds at 170 BPM
20 seconds at 220 BPM
20 seconds at 170 BPM
20 seconds at 120 BPM

That is funny. And kind of clever. I have a metronome and had not thought of doing this.

Umm… This is the greatest thing ever! Thanks for posting it! I have a hard time keeping the timing up the way I’m supposed to. Did a session with this and I can feel the difference significantly.

How many BE and PR are you doing per routine?


Starting Stats: BPEL 5.5" EG 4.4" -- Current: BPEL 6.9" EG 4.95" -- Short Term Goal BPEL 7", EG 5.25" -- Ultimate Goal : BPEL 7.5" EG 5.75"

I follow a routine of 3 BE followed by 1 PR, with 10 second rest between each exercise. But once I master that, then I plan to add more PR exercises.
