i have some problems with inverted ok grip
guys, i’m starting to hate this exercise (jelq) i tried to use inverted ok grip but i am unable to tighten stronger, some week ago i started with a simple routine of 10 jelqs of 5-7 seconds i tried to increase the grip pressure on the other weeks but that grip is really hard to me. (i use U grip) i tried with C ok inverted grip but i feel pain.. i don’t know what to do.. please help me
