I have swellings and Deformity On My Penis After Workout







These are the pics of my penis after workout.

My routine is clamping , ULIs , jelq squeezes and normal jelqs for 30 minutes mixed , is it normal to experience these kind of swellings and deformities? They disappear after 2-3 hours.

The deformity and swellings on the head are very obvious in the last 3 pics

Agree with Titleist.

If you were using a pump, I would say you have a classic case of too much pressure and/or too much time. As you are clamping and jelqing, it is a response to too much force.

Yep, that’s not much man. I used to pump with too much pressure and half my dong would look like that till the next day.

Yep with pumping, but not with clamping. I do not clamp consistently. When I do experience it, It is usually because I changed my pump routine someway, like increasing time or perhaps adding another set in the day. I then take a day or two off before restarting with my routine without the change.

If you continue with the buildup on the glans you are at risk of it becoming more like a blister and instead of the fluid reabsorbing into the body it could burst/rupture and would require much more time to heal. I have never had one of those, but other members here have.

You would then be in the difficult spot of telling your wife or girlfriend “just ignore that sore on the head of my dick”. And wait for their response……
