I have to become a grower, what's the science behind good growth flaccid to erect?
I’ve been lurking for some months and I’ve been just stretching for a pair of weeks, tomorrow I will officially start the PE routine, I’m excited and commited to this thing and I already plan to try other techinques and routines after some months, I will soon buy an ADS etc, I’m committed.
As I said in another thread, It is very probable that I have bad circulation (very cold hands and feet, penis shrinks for too many hours when I go in cold water and other symptoms that make me believe that), in the next monhts I will use the right supplements to improve blood flow, I will do cardio, sprints and all the possible physical activities to improve my condition. Keep in mind that I’m already fit.
Now my non bone pressed flaccid lenght is 10 cm or a pair of mms more. When I’m erect it grows like.. 1.1 inches. I’m at like 13 cm non bone pressed. Let’s say it grows like 2,8 cm. It basically goes grom 4 inches to slightly more than 5.
Now I know about the supplements, the cardio, the sprints, and obviously the newbie routine, but I don’t really know if all of that is going to make much of a difference in the erections. Basically I wish that my dick grew at least 2 inches from flaccid to erect (that’s not asking for much!).
My goals for PE are NBP 6.1 to not feel ashamed of my D, 6.3 to be proud of it, 6.6 to be REALLY HAPPY about it, and 6.8 is the end goal, at that point it would be my traeasure.
So, the question is: what’s the science behind a good flaccid to erect growth, or behind a small growth? And what else I could do to “change” my penis, work it into being, I don’t wanna say a grower, but at least to have a decent growth?
