I need a LENGTH routine..
I’ve been doing the newbie routine for a while now and went from a NBPEL of 6” to a NBPEL of 6.5”. My girth went from 5” to around 5.1”-5.25”. I’m happy with my girth as the way it is, and always was happy with it, but my length gets to me. I’d like to be a solid 7” by christmas if that’s possible, and bigger than 8” by next christmas.
But back to my girth, I’m happy with it and will be probably until I hit 7”, so right now I just want a length routine.. I’d be very thankful if someone could give me a great one or point me in the direction of one.
EDIT: Forgot to add.. I only wanna do manual exercises, no hanging or anything like that.
