Stick with newbie routine as PEst said and take good care of your penis :)

Manual stretching helps you with length gains and jelqing improve girth gains. How to do them? Check others member’s newbie routines and try it right away.

To make your glans bigger? Well, you normally jelq from the base of the penis up to the glans, if you want a bigger glans, try jelqing around two inches below the glans upward. I thought it will help.

Your girth is enough, you should focus on length, also beacause heavy girth makes length gains harder to achieve
