I need opinions
I started PE 4 mouths ago, and I think I am making slow gains.
This is my routine 1 day on 1 day off:
5 min hot wrap
5 min stretching(20 secs all directions)
3 min A stretch
2 min hot wrap
10 min jelquing (1-2 secs)
20 min hard jelquing (2-3)
10 min Kegels(holding until muscle spasm, I mean until muscle start to shake. holding for 3-4 min)
5 min hot wrap
I am also started using ADS(All Day Stretcher) for 4hrs(every day) 2 mouth ago.
My LOT is 7:00
started ENBPL: 5.75
now: 6.3
started EG: 5.25
now: 5.6
I am hapy with my girth but I want at least 7½ in length
what you think about my routine ? What can I do to help with my length ?
