At a full 2.75”s why not go with an XXLarge? I would recomend springing for the “UltraPLUS® featuring ScarRetard - with Epididymis” as well. They are a bit pricy but what the heck!
Particularly since that hospital is going to pay for it! May as well go with the Rolls-Royce of nuts.
Another thing I’d recommend is getting some therapy for all your mental distress. Find a good psychiatrist and discuss everything with him. There’s a lot of mental stuff that goes on inside a guy’s head when he has gential injuries; it’s like women with losing a breast or having a hysterectomy. It’ll also help prove mental distress and anguish when you bring the lawsuit. Find the best malpractice attorneys in the state immediately. Do NOT delay. The longer you wait the longer the hospital has to “lose” the records or have the consulting physician transferred far away. If you think for a second that consulting an attorney is ambulance chasing it’s not. They really did fuck-up, you’re not inventing stories just to get money out of them. The sooner you go the better chance you have to settle with an appropriate amount. It won’t get your ball back but you can get payment for any counseling you need, the implant and attendant costs of getting one, having it removed if it fails or you find it uncomfortable/painful, and it will pay for semen storage should you decide to not risk your reproductive future on only having one testicle. It will also help give you piece of mind that some justice was served for the gross incompetence you faced in that hospital.
One other thing: I noticed your birthday and you don’t say if this happened before or after your birthday as they appear to be close together. If you were 17 at the time you made the first visit, you have one year after your 18th birthday to bring suit. You may have a shorter period of time if you were 18 at the first visit. Don’t wait on this, at the very least have a consultation to learn exactly when the statute of limitations runs for this. If you’re looking to pursue a claim of negligence just about any law firm will give you a consultation free of charge so don’t feel as though it will be too expensive. Plenty of firms will work for a portion of the settlement. These things rarely go to trial. Lastly, don’t be intimidated by anyone in doing this. Lawyers can be intimidating as can the process but if your story here is really what happened, you have suffered the loss of a body part that can never be given back to you because of someone else’s negligence.
