Sure, if you want.

Sometimes gaining girth allows for increases in length but try length first. When that slows add girth exercises and see whether you get more length.

I do both. From the guys that have had successes in PE in general, I’ve read that none of them prioritize a specific goal, but the moderators can correct my observation. There wasn’t even a specific routine. Some guys are either length gainers more than girth gainers or the other way around but it was not with a specific exercise. Some guys gain length with pumping. Some guys also gain length with jelqing. And I’m fairly sure someone here gain girth with hanging. Those exercises I mentioned were known to encourage the opposite. The thing is, this is a peer review. There’s not anyone doing a statistical study with guys of similar length or girth doing precise routines. So I’d recommend your penis will respond to certain exercises and you will have to observe it yourself, either from feeling fatigue, morning EQ, post exercise appearance, sexual performance. I know that’s not what your looking for but I can’t dismiss that other guys who have grown girth or are more girthy are still adding length. My goal is adding length but I won’t stop pumping, jelqing or edging to favor length. PE just doesn’t work that way. And I don’t want to be a pencil dick either. So I will encourage growth on every angle
