Switching up the Newbie Routine to prioritize length
On the information post detailing the newbie routine, it recommends starting the following:
- 5 minutes of manual stretching
- 10 minutes of jelqing
At the moment, I have kept to this, performing ten 30-second stretches. My jelqing is usually done dry with a C-Grip.
Currently, my BPEL is 5 inches and my EG is 4.6. I would like to work more on my length before I work on my girth.
That is why I want to know, is it ok to switch to 10 minutes of manual stretching with only 5 minutes of jelqing?
Basically, I just want to know that if I would like to work on length extensively, if I should switch the timings done on each exercise.
