Your experiences with newbie routine, or: when, why did you switch
I had done some lousy routine of my own through most of July, but switched to the newbie routine in mid August. I’m seeing decent results it — definitely gains in length and girth. I definitely plan on finishing out at least two months, possibly three, on it, just to get used to PE before I try something more advanced.
I feel that this question is somewhat premature, but I can’t help but be curious about when is a good time to enhance the newbie routine or switch to something different? I guess the reason I’m curious is because it’s not clear to me that I should switch at all if I am still seeing gains on this routine after the next couple months (I.e. Why mess with a good thing?). On the other hand, I can see some reason for trying new things: maybe better gains could be had? But then again, maybe not — maybe it would result in over training or time wasting?
I know that I’ll have to try things out on my own, to see how things work for me. But, I was wondering about your experiences with this issue: Did you stop seeing reasonable progress with the newbie routine before switching routines? Did you continue to see gains but switch anyway? Something else altogether?
