Is it ok to clamp by hand in a newbie routine?

I am currently on newbie routine and that also of soft nature.
I have gained almost .8” in BPEL but I have not seen any gains in the girth department.
I don’t want to switch higher exercises right now cause I want see maximum possible gains with newbie routine.
As clamping is the most renowned exercise for girth gains I thought of incorporating that in my routine in a light way. My routine is like

5-10 mins. of hot wraps
5 mins. of manual stretches in different directions
100-110 jelqs with moderate pressure
3 mins. of hot wraps
5 mins. of clamping using hands.
Fowfer whenever I find time
50 kegels

I do clamping by wrapping my hands around base of 60-70% erect penis and hold it like a clamp does then keeping the erection level I try to kegel in as much blood as I can.
This gives me good heavy looking and soft flaccid penis after exercise.

So does anybody else also do the hand clamping with newbie routine?
Is it safe to do the girth exercises while aiming for length at the same time?

Yes, However it is not called clamping. I used to do that before I got my clamp.

So did you get any good results from that?
Why isn’t that called clmaping cause hand can be wrapped around the base as is the clamp?
I can’t get a clamp in my locality so I want to use my hands to do that job.

I did make some gains from it yes, however it is not as effective as the proper clamp.

rock, congrats for gains. As you could know, vets around here are prone to say: “If you are gaining, don’t change anything”. Add hand-clamping if you like, but avoid clamping with mechanic equipments, it will make your penis prematurely harder to deform, IMO.

The correct name is manual clamping, I began doing it after 4 months of PE principally because jelq doesn’t effect my girth.

So if you have at least 3-4 months of PE on your shoulder, you are doing a good routine.

Personally I always do girth and lenght together. Maybe one day lenght and the next day girth.

I have been in PE for almost 6 months although I had some breaks too.
But the case is same here I think jelq doesn’t affect my girth also.
I don’t split my routine into separate girth and length days rather I prefer to do the length workouts first(including all those stretches and jelqing downwards) and followed by the girth workout which is manual clamping.
I am glad to hear that it’s not a new thing otherwise I was quite skeptical in doing that thinking if it could cause me some problems.

I think proper clamps will aslo hinder the length gains so isn’t it a good idea to take girth easily first concentrating on the length gains and making some progress in the girth department at the same time if it would!
