What is a good clamp routine? I can’t find a good routine for myself. I have do first 6 months the newbie routine
I will go now 100% for girth
This is my routine
Warm up 5 min
200 wet jelq
5 min squueze
5 min uli s
10 min clamp
50x jelq
10 min clamp
50x jelq
10 min clamp
Warm down 5 min
2 days on 1 day off
