There is a slim chance, that your dick could end up even better than before!
All exercise puts a bit of strain on the body, and it is the body’s adaptation and attempts to recover from that strain that cause some of the beneficial effects of exercise. Of course, I am in no way advocating deliberately doing over-heavy sessions, but just making this comment to give you another possibility.
As a kid, I caught bronchitis so bad, and coughed so much I ended up very week and lost over 30 pounds, and I was already skinny. The doctor told my parents that if they had left it any later in getting me to see him, I might of died. We lived in the dampest house imaginable in the middle of some woods.
After I recovered, I noticed the constant coughing had given me a six pack. I could take punches to the stomach etc.
