I myself tried out this Fowfer exercises but almost the third day I tried I think I got injured, and this happened about a week ago, so no more Fowfer for the moment until I recover, I will try to do it more carefully, It was probably my mistake because I got too much excited to get gains that I may been careless, don’t know.
I did it after my PE routine, in 4 sets of 15 minutes with 5 minutes break, I was sitting on a kinda hard and rough pillow and I may have scratchy my penis somehow, also I tried to kegel a bit while Fowfering, got a little bit erections too, maybe that’s wrong to do :P, is it bad to get an erection while Fowfering?
I definitely gonna give a chance later when I recover, but I’m gonna have to practice a bit more.
