It is an interesting question. Unfortunately, there has not been a whole lot of experimentation with ice, to the best of my knowledge. It could be counterproductive and if you left the ice on long enough it might be dangerous. I think the general idea has been to use ice to cool the penis in the enlarged state after stretching with heat and exercise. In the beginning of your PE career, I think it is probably better to stick with a standard routine. Once you master the exercises and make gains, it can be fun to experiment and potentially beneficial to the community here.
