I’d like a definitive answer on traction wrapping and girth loss. I ‘ve seen posts asking if traction wrapping leads to girth loss and I’ve even seen a special kind of traction wrapping to promote girth gains. I want to know if you lose any girth from simple traction wrapping on rest days and after pe workouts. I do a manual pe program only. I don’t do any hanging.
