Hey Everyone

I just wanted to share a tip I had while I’m finishing my every other day routine with a 30 minute low pressure pump.

If you’re like me and you get hard during your jelqing session (whether that’s the workout itself or just the warm up) use that partial erection to do a few jelq squeezes AKA modified jelqs. It allows you to be productive during the times that you’d normally just be waiting for your erection to subside. Such a scenario is also great to do kegels, but say you have already done these or will do them at a later time do some modified jelqs instead.

If you aren’t familiar with these, think of them as the manual version of clamping. I start mostly erect and use an underhand grip, grabbing as low as possible on the shaft with my middle finger (and some of my ring finger) to trap the blood in the shaft. From there, I do a kegel or two to get more blood in while using the middle/ring fingers to keep the kegeled blood in the shaft. Once I have an 80-90% erection, I use my ring, middle, then index finger (and thumb of course) to apply and hold more pressure than would be had with a normal erection.

After holding this for a few reps of 10-20 seconds (or for me, every time you get too hard to jelq during your 200 jelq warmup) you will notice some expansion. I use jelqs and the modified jelq as described as a warm up for my clamping and/or pumping session.
