How much is jelqing to hard????

How do you know if your jelqing to hard? I have no idea how to gauge this! and by doing manual stretches, with the hand just behing the head and maybe on the head just ever so slightly, are my glans safe??????????

I have become very obsessed lately about damaging my penis!

After 3 plus months you are now getting around to thinking about this? By this stage of the game, you should be well over the little red spots phase and your cock should be looking very healthy. If you have bruising or soreness you are going at it too hard. When jelqing, it should feel more good then bad and when stretching, your head may turn a bit blue, but recover quickly when you resupply it with fresh blood.

Do you have any physical indications that what you are doing is excessive?

I’ve been worring for quite awhile too, i get blue spots, or patches on the glands..
They dissapear within about an hour after jelqing and massaging them away.

I don’t want discoloration, my sister said that it is better to have a nice looking
one without discoloration rather then a really big one.

The question is how much discoloration that is noticeble? And when that much
discoloration starts to appear?

The blue color can either be from bruising, which is bad, or from poor circulation from say squeezing when you stretch, that is the result of deoxygenated blood, and that color is restored to normal when oxygenated blood is once again flowing. Your condition would appear to be the latter since you recover quickly when you restore blood supply. You want to avoid the continuous shaft bruising that can end up lasting a long time if you don’t let it heal.

okey, just noticed after a jelq workout pass that i had a popped vein that is a 3x3mm
black/purple bruise :S and just noticed small red dots on the end of the forskin :S
i guess i must be jelqing too damn hard??

Is your sister jelquing it too hard? Obviously it would be difficult for another, especially a female, to gauge how hard to jelq a penis.

But you do have enough of a track record to know that having those spots are OK since they are always gone soon enough. You should keep monitoring the look of those spots and you will soon get a feel how hard and how long to jelq is just right.

Make sure you convey that to good ol’ sis.
