Took two separate deconditioning breaks, each lasting two months. No decreases was noticed.


Start 6.8” x 4.7” (4.9" BEG)

Latest 8.2” x 5.1” (5.3" BEG)

I haven’t ever really lost much. One time I took a break, and lost 1/4’ in girth, but I kind of almost expected to, because it was really new gains. It would remain fat, at 5 1/2” for 48 hours after pumping, but after I took two weeks off, it had returned to 5 1/4”. But it is now 5 1/2” girth permanently.

I also took a couple month’s off and just started up again. And I haven’t really loss anything either. But I think if I would of done that in my early stages I would of lost what I have gained. I would say if your happy with the size you have then take a year to make sure your gains are cemented. I think this is why I didn’t loose any size.

Do you lose penis gains like you lose muscle gains? Or are penis gains longer lasting?

Muscle is different. And is penis gains longer lasting? I would say that depends on you. If you cemented the gains you got or if you do a maintenance program.

Your body doesn’t hold on to muscle mass it doesn’t need. But penile tissue being made up of different types of cells, and actually increasing the number of those cells is our goal here. If you build more cells, why would they ever just go away?

I stopped for a while back in 2014 when I initially reached my long term goal in length and ended up losing .25 in length over the course of a couple of years. Thankfully it only took about 4

months of re-dedication to gain it back and now I’m back for even more.

I think it depends how long you did your routine for, along with other factors.

I can say this: I started PE in June of 2015. I did a constant routine for 3 months and gained 3/8” in BPEL and 1/2” in MSEG as well as a few flaccid gains of 1/4” length and 1/8” girth. It also raised my EQ through the roof as well as increased confidence and staying power in the bedroom.

I am just starting again as of this week. My stats right now are almost back to my pre PE measurements. EG, flaccid length and flaccid girth are the same as my pre PE measurements and my BPEL is 1/16th of an inch bigger than it was before. Also my EQ is not what it was when I did PE.

These reasons are pushing me back into PE. That being said, I think a longer training time might do more to cement gains long term, although I think doing minor maintance is still probably ideal to maintain your gains as well as keeping other luxuries such as EQ at high levels.

Maybe a little of girth, but probably when you start PE again it will “grow again”
