I'll be double dog danged.
A little less than a year ago, I saw an article about penis enlargement exercises on either the slate or salon on-line magazine. I got curious and followed the links here.
I started and stopped the newbie routine a few times in the spring and summer, stopping usually because of chaffing or skin irritation.
This fall I decided I would get serious about it, and in October and November I did a routine something like this about 2 out of 3 days per week:
5 mins of heat sock
10 mins of stretching
And then five sets of the following
60 jelqs, followed by an edge and 40 wet towel lifts
And a 5 minute sock cool down
During this time I was consistently measuring at 6in by 4.5in.
In late November I hung it up again. My willie was starting to chafe, I saw no gains and I had other stuff to do.
But the chaffing continued into December. I took a took a look down there and thought “are those STRETCH MARKS?”
And I’ll be double dog-danged.. It _might_ be a measurement error, but it seems I put on somewhere between a quarter and half an inch in length.. No girth gains but the majority opinion on this site seems to be that length gains are more common in the early stages. Also, it could be a reduction in the fat pad since I have also been working out a lot more in recent months. At this point, it really doesn’t matter what it is, I am willing to go a little further into PE and give it a shake. I figure that I will let the skin down there heal up again, and then start back up with the same routine again. Maybe some ADS in the early spring..
So all you other newbies out there, take heart! It can take some time for gains to set in, and they can even show up during a rest period. Also, I started out a little skeptical, and really only expected to improve the BC/PC muscles and the general conditioning of my crank, but a quarter inch is a good start, so you’ve got one more anonymous convert saying that it seems to work.
