I'm getting worried

First of all every body seems to be getting gains off of stuff like Clamping, and Hanging and Pumping and wrapping. I Never here any gains off of Jelqs and stretches. Thats what I do and I a have been PEing for 2 weeks now. I really can not do all that stuff because my house is crowded and there no room. I know everybody says to sear ch for stuff but I still have yet To Under stand how to Wrap, How to Clamp, How to Hang, I need help. I wanna know how to get advance when time comes.

915, don’t sweat people reporting gains from hanging, pumping or any other “advanced” method. Just keep doing what you are doing. Keep track of your gains, repetitions, how you felt afterwards etc.

It always seems one of the hardest things to determine when you first start out is whether or not you are doing enough to promote growth. There is a fine line between doing enough to stimulate growth and doing too much which may cause injury. Do not be tempted to do too much too fast, it is easy to do when you read about so and so’s routine where he gained 1inch in 2 months. Slow and steady will win the race and help you avoid injury. You can slowly but surely increase intensity or repetitions to where you are getting a good enough workout to promote gains yet avoid injury.

If you succumb to the desire to do too much too soon, you will likely get injured. Do you want that?

Post your exact routine and some other people will likely chime in with possible modifications and perhaps incremental increases or additions.

Hang in there and people will be glad to help with each step of your progress to a bigger and better you.

Two weeks and you don’t know everything? What a surprise!

I’m a very hard gainer, been at PE for 3 years, and I still am learning. As wiser men than me have said, this isn’t a sprint, it’s a marathon.

You just got read the collected wisdom here and be consistent. Now that you’ve found this forum, use it.

Well I hope you have gained at least an in inch in 3 years. NE ways my routine is

I Usually use the Shower as my “hot Wrap”
Then I will jelq 25o repetitions to 300
Then I may do a I minute cool down

The stretching I usually Do at work . I’m a life guard and when I’m not on the chair I go into the restroom and do a 3 minute stretch and go back on the chair then later again another 3 minute stretch and then again until I reach 10.

I have a question when I Jelq, Since I’m in my Second week I’m doing a 25o reps. But since my house is small and crowded I can’t be in the Restroom or anywhere for a long period because my family gets very suspicious and accuses me of Masturbation. So I go in at different time of the day . Like in morning I may do 100, then later 50, then at night another 100. Which all adds up to 250. Is this Wrong?

Seriously though; when I have little privacy to do my jelqing sessions, I do them while I’m running myself a bath, using bathtime as an excuse. It can still feel a little suspicious, but if you spend less time in the actual bath itself you should be alright.

Lol. I have another Question, I have been massively trying to understand this LOT thing. MY LOT Is Very low I think it’s like 6:30 but I have never stretched before. This pisses me off. NE ways IF my LOT is low does this mean to start stretching upward?? Or Does it mean forget about Stretching because there is no room for ligaments to grow anymore. What is Tunica work I’ve read on it but it doesn’t help. If MY LOT is down there, What exercises should I do to increase length. I need to Jelq?? Stretch upwards?? What do I Do. Need help. Two weeks is barely a blink of the eye in PE terms. I didn’t start showing any measurable gains until about the six-month mark. Some people have reported gains in the first month, but that’s not the norm here. Don’t try to rush into advanced exercises here. That will only increase your chances of injury and will set you back. Stick with the Newbie Routine for at least a couple months. The jelqing and stretching are the basis of PE. I still pretty much do the Newbie Routine after two years of doing this. I just increase the time/repetitions and/or the intensity.

You really need to relax a little. Keep it simple at first. You really need to find out how your penis is going to react to the exercises, and that takes time. Don’t worry too much about your LOT right now. If you’re doing stretches at various angles, then you’ll be hitting both the ligs and tunica.

I gained my first inch from pretty much just jelqing with very minor manual stretching.

I’ve done in this thread what it seems you have done on this site, which is to not bother reading thoroughly. I have been here a while and don’t think I’ve stumbled across anyone who has gained that much within two weeks so chill out. Success does not just happen.

By pulling on it!

High angle and straight out stretching target the tunica. Low angle stretching targets the ligs but will also affect the tunica as well.

Strange, when I first got here that’s pratically all I heard.. or read.
If you were to ask me I’d say almost all of my gains come from manual stretching and jelqing. So keep your hopes up mate.

915, all of my gains have been from manual stretching and jelqing. There are more than enough guys here that only do manual routines.

Two weeks is too little time to start getting impatient. PE is not something you can do for just a couple of months and expect to gain an inch. If you are serious about this then you have to be in it for the long haul. I’m talking a couple of years, minimum. So get used to the tedium of pulling on your dick. LEARN TO LIKE IT!
