I’d suggest reading up on the newbie threads, eg.

Check out Bib’s LOT theory:

And then decide on the results where to go from now.
Some tips that may be helpful:
- Take it easy on your precious, especially if you don’t know how your body reacts to some of the exercises.
- Generally if it hurts, it’s absolutely no good in the way you do it => Let it heal for at least some days then.
- Don’t overdo it from the start. Your dick needs some time to adapt to the new kind of stresses you are putting on it.
