Me jelqing almost every day 5 times a week is important for my mental health it keeps me calm and I know I gain and Im gonna get to my goal. If I can continue a good months of jelqing I reach my goals for the next year and this will be comforting for me. I dont rush Im still very aware of my penis health.

Dry or wet?

There’s no need to stop the skin. It’s just for visual indication, and for “cut” guys, it helps to stop skin stretch while “wet jelqing”.

Don’t do it, you’re probably not jelqing right. I also have extra skin and it helps with jelqing, especially dry jelqing. If I were you, I’d be stretching some more with my hands by pulling the glans only, as hard as possible, after some proper conditioning of course. The area below the glans will lengthen in time and will gain more girth, filling up the loose skin. Look at prelude99/massivobros on twitter, he’s been pumping for 10+ years and now has a full foreskin covering his glans (he was circumcised), plus the foreskin is thicker and the area beneath it is thicker. Skin was never a problem ime for PE. I also gain girth more in the areas where I have more skin (towards the base).

On that note, I’ve heard here, and firsthand from other people, more than 2 decades ago, a proper jelq grip does not fully encompass the penis. I’m referring to an OK grip. It’s more of a C grip from the top. OK grip gets the idea across for most though.

If you actually consider the anatomy, the top and bottom should not be compressed, but the sides specifically. For the sake of blood passage valves and other things. Test it yourself. Start this flaccid. With two fingers, pinch the top and bottom, do a jelq motion. With two fingers pinch the sides, do jelq motion. If you did this properly, your pinch moved 90° from a side grip to a top grip.

Which was more effective, a side pinch or top pinch? If you’re anatomically correct, the side pinch should have won. “All the way around” gripping, has a potential problem. Specifically for those new to the technique. It doesn’t allow flow. Might seem counterintuitive, but there has to be some. If there’s none, you might actually reverse or rip a valve. Most guys don’t go gripping as hard as they can and do a jelq, though… who would?

Guys sorry but you dont read or dont listen to me. Ive gained 1.9cm in 8 months how can you say that im not jelqing right. I was gaining at a speed of 0.2cm every month and gained 0.1cm with 2 average sessions the last 3 weeks but I just cant be consistent. And Im using a C grip AND I tried not to masturbate for 1 week and my dick is still the same as before.

The reason why is my dick changed some way and I cant jelq anymore or as good as before. Now I changed grips and I dont grip full penis I just do a C grip instead just like youre saying. I tried different grips but my penis just wont work. I tried a break of 1 week but my penis is in the same condition as before the break: very good.

I dont whats happening and I think its the change of my skin thats the problem too much skin thats is impossible to jelq on the erection level I used to jelq.

Now Its so frustrating because I literally tried everything and nothing works. So thats why i Want to do a operation. Its not something I want but if that will make me my concistency back of good sessions and I gain my penis to the desired length then so be it thats more important for me.

Before anyone goes off the deep end. The OK grip does inherently grip the sides. Grip your shit and without moving your hand, take your weiner out and look at your hand. Open and close your grip. If you were gripping overhand, as generally accepted, you’ll see your fingers close side to side. Funny right? That’s precisely what your dick needs. Side to side. The closing at the top is menial.

Flat out squeezing your dick for all it’s worth and then jelqing… is wrong. You’ll break your shit.

Where do I say im not gaining? Im not gaining at a good speed anymore because I can get 1 or 2 good session instead of 5 every week thats why im not gaining good anymore. Its more important for me that I can jelq with no problem then gaining because jelqing helps me relax.

Then you’re at a plateau or platou. A flat spot. We all have them. There’s no need for surgery. That won’t help. You’re simply at a hard spot. Keep doing what you’re doing. When your gain is 0.0. Take a break or find something else. I suggest a break first.

Now that sounds really as if your dick gets unresponsive to your training. One other thing: do you heat it up before workout? If your penis is not ready for exercise there won’t be any effect. I think this is what “changed”: When reaching the erection level you describe it is no more flexible to be jelqable, rather just hard and your grips and strokes don’t work the tissues, because they are all hardened. Give him a break and/or try for some time different techniques.

Search MrThickDick and look at the last page on his progress thread, or the page previous to that, or maybe the other previous page before that. He has a video of how he dry jelqs, that’s the way, and the only way actually, to jelq properly.

For some reason the search function doesn’t work well with this guy, but he is a member here and has progress thread with pictures and the video I mentioned, use google and you’ll find it if you really want to. There’s a bunch of videos out there on how to do it, but this one is better because it empathizes on the Uli aspect of dry jelqing, wich I guess it’s the most important.
