I'm looking for just length

I’m a brand new member, just joined yesterday.

I have a 6.2 NBPEL with 5.8-6 EG. I am afraid of getting any larger girth, but would like add to the length, hopefully up to the fantasy 8in (7 would be fine). I have not done PE before, just kegels, which have worked great. I have looked at the suggested newbie program, but I do not see exercise program just for length. Again, girls have a hard enough time with my girth as it is, so I don’t want to add any more.

Could someone give my either a plan for just length or some ideas. Thanks a lot

I think starting with the Newbie Routine (Newbie Penis Enlargement Routine) would be a good spot. Drop the jelqs from the program. That should allow you to grow length and minimize girth gains. Keep in mind that I’m also new to PE so you might want to wait for a more experienced person to give you an opinion as well.

Welcome, and good luck with your PE!

Thanks for the data point regarding girth. We have members here sometimes who talk about wanting seven or eight inches of girth. I hope that some of them will see this post and consider that closing in on six inches of girth can be more than enough.

That said, I have to say that you want to measure carefully and proceed with caution if you do not want more girth. I don’t know of any exercises that only provide length with no possibility of more girth. Part of the problem is that the same exercise can produce different results in different individuals. Invisible’s suggestion of the Newbie Routine is a good one. I’m not sure I would drop the jelqs, but you will want to measure to make sure that you are not getting unwanted gains.


For Lampwick, becoming hung like a donkey was the result of a total commitment.

Do a stretching routine.

Example:

5 minutes warm up
10 minutes stretching
5 minutes jelq
5 minutes warm down

And maybe 3-4 months into this.. You might consider getting a ADS? (All day stretcher)

I’m not going to disagree with codeevil1000; stretching with a little jelqing thrown in might get you there.

Consider this, though. Every so often, the question comes up, won’t stretching (or ADS) give me a longer, but very skinny penis? The answer always is, that generally doesn’t happen. Some additional girth frequently comes along with greater length. I’ve never seen a report here of anyone who started out with, say, 5x4, and finished with 7x4 (or started with 6x5 and finished with 8x5).

So, if you are concerned about girth, proceed with caution with any routine.

Lampwick is right on. Chances are you will gain girth no matter what.

On the other hand, I would suggest low erection jelqs, if any. Do a more of a stretch jelq, if that makes sense.

I got around an inch of length from solely stretching, no jelqing. My girth did not increase, but my girth is small unlike yours.

So basically if you want length, stretch, stretch, and stretch some more. Also, an ADS will definitely encourage length gains.

Like you I’m more interested in length over girth— although I won’t turn down an offer from the PE fairy for some more fatness.

I’m going to suggest that you do some light jelqing first— and then then focus on stretching— that way your unit is thoroughly stressed and you can then direct all the work to length.

I reiterate my belief that the benefit of post-jelq stretching is that you won’t need to overcome as much tunica resistance and might possibly be able to then focus the work more on pure length.

Think of it as PE ‘pre-exhaustion’… .

If I were you I would stick to a manual routine and avoid hanging. Hanging is known to increase base girth. I would also stay away from fulcrums. I believe my overall shaft girth gains were the result of fulcrums. You don’t have that much to gain in order to reach your goal. A manual routine that went easy on jelqing should get you there.

Oh, and don’t forget heat and andro’s advice of light jelqing before stretching. It’s sound advice.

I have similar starting stats (haven’t measured since starting almost 2 months ago) and am also more interested in length gains with little, if any, girth gains. I think you should include a little low erection jelqing in your routine, but concentrate primarily on stretching. Be aware that jelqing becomes more of a girth exercise at higher erection levels.

BTW, your name seems to suggest that you think 2009 will be the Washington Redskins’ year. If so, cheer for who you wish, but come on…

So A-stretch’s could create some more girth? Cool, I didn’t know that.

Good analogy Andro. I think Andro has you on the right track. Pre-exhaust as you would your arms to build your chest. Warm-up, “Light” jelq and concentrate on stretch and proceed with much caution as far as tracking girth increases. I gain girth very quickly so, and I never thought I would say this, I am glad that I have to gain about equally in both areas!

I been doing the The Newbie Routine, so can I leave out jelqs and just stretch longer or just do like 20 rep of jelqs and stretch longer would that work for length.

If you wet jelq with a lower erection, it helps with length gains. But it is also a great exercise for penile health in general.

I did a routine with only stretching once, but it had a bad impact on my erection quality, so I quit that. But we are all different, it may work for you.

Thanks everyone. Ill let everyone know how it goes, because even if you are not worried about girth gains, a lot of guys seemed to be more interested in length over girth.

And for the guys who are wanting 7 or 8 inch girth, talk to any woman and ask them to put something of that size in them pumping away for 20 minutes and see their reaction.
