I'm new to PE. Could someone answer some questions I have?

So I am starting a routine. I tried to a month or so ago but became real busy and stopped after like 2 weeks.
Starting measurements: a little over 6.1” BPEL. 4.8 EG.

Newbie routine.
5 minutes warm up
40 second stretch holds in 5 directions 2 times.
Warm up again for a couple minutes
100 3 second jelqs
5 minutes of kegels

I plan on doing this for 3 months and will post on a progress thread which I will make in 2 weeks
Will keep updating every 2 months

So I have some questions.

1. When should I change my routine
2. Is .5 inches in length and .25 in girth likely in 3-4 months? If not in what time frame is it likely to happen?

Follow the newbie routine, as you are, to acclimate to PE. From there begin to experiment with adding in intensity and volume. Understanding how to read feedback, such as found in your physiological indicators is an important part of success and safety.

These are reasonable expectations for gains, but they could take as much as a few years or as little as a few months.

There are so many variables involved.

My suggestion is to settle in for the long haul and enjoy the process. From there you will find your path and potential.
