I'm new to PE. Could someone answer some questions I have?
So I am starting a routine. I tried to a month or so ago but became real busy and stopped after like 2 weeks.
Starting measurements: a little over 6.1” BPEL. 4.8 EG.
Newbie routine.
5 minutes warm up
40 second stretch holds in 5 directions 2 times.
Warm up again for a couple minutes
100 3 second jelqs
5 minutes of kegels
I plan on doing this for 3 months and will post on a progress thread which I will make in 2 weeks
Will keep updating every 2 months
So I have some questions.
1. When should I change my routine
2. Is .5 inches in length and .25 in girth likely in 3-4 months? If not in what time frame is it likely to happen?
