I just ordered the screw massage cup and silicon sleeve from amazon hoping to build my own vac hanger and ADS. If I’m going for length. Regardless of cost what should be my approach and am I ok with making the homemade vac hanger (it looks exactly like some of the other vac hangers)

Your approach should be to do the newbie routine to condition your penis before using devices unless of course you don’t mind hurting yourself.

I’m not new new. I’m new to hanging or stretching or extenders.I’ve done the newbie routine and I’ve had a bath ate for 6-7years
