I am pretty knew around here also, but I do know one thing for sure. You must warm up first. Most everyone around here will tell you that. Now, I know this from personal experiance. First of all you not only get the blood pumping, but you will be less likely to get an injury. You will also be amazed at the gains. I have also said in another post that you must stretch, stretch, stretch. Stretching, whether you do it manually, hanging or other means will give you the most for your time and efforts on length.
But most importantly, remember that you need to warm the tool. Many people on Thunder’s have very good ways of doing this. Here are some of the ways that I have read.
A cup of warm water and submurse your dick and balls in it.
Heating pad, very good I use this one sometimes.
Shower, I have one of those removable heads that I a can direct the water with. This is the one that I use the most.
Hot wrap, good but you have to keep heating it up.
Water bottel, last a long time. not used it though.
IR lamp, new to me as far as reading about it. Looks as if you need to be careful with that one though.
I hope that I have helped you out some. One other thing that you need to do is look at the Newbie routine and follow it as well as you can. It will happen just give it time.
Last but not least, quality is always better, in my opinion, than quantity.
