You know how when you clamp you squeeze your pc muscle and it pumps blood into your erection? Well Ive been tryin the very simple exercise where you push your erection down with your hand and squeeze your pc muscle against the resistance.(Kinda like towel lifts.though ive never done them) After 2 reps the head of my erection shrinks in size by a good half and in no time my erection is gone. I thought squeezing the pc muscle pumped blood INTO the erection..seems when I do that exercise im pumpin it out??

I do know that sex experts recommend that guys who are on the verge of cumming (quick shooters) should pull out and push down flat on the head. It represses the erection. So, yes, you’re doing something that verifiably causes you to lose an erection. No kegel can overcome that.

Ok kool I didnt know that. But now im wondering what the difference is between this exercise and towel lifts?

Yo man I saw this the other day and have been using it since then and it works like a charm. The only problem is that although it instantly stops you from cumming, it doesn’t dissipate the pleasure so you might immediately find yourself right back on the edge again. Combined with kegels/reverse kegels and controlled breathing it is very efficient.
